【0017】

As the knitted fabric, one having particularly excellent sweat absorption properties and quick drying properties, having a small irritation to the skin, suppressing generation of static electricity, and being hardly charged is preferable.
Engaging means 12 for fixing the sheets 11 can be provided on both side surfaces of the upper layer member 4. As the engagement means 12, a snap fastener or a hook-and-loop fastener is preferable.
The surface of the urethane foam material as the filling may be subjected to unevenness processing (profile processing).
Of course, the urethane foam material may be simply a flat plate.
Further, the upper layer member 4 and the basic member 2 or the intermediate member 3 can be connected by an appropriate engaging means (not shown).
[0021]
In the futon device 1 as described above, when the intermediate member 3 is accommodated in the upper layer member 4 together with the basic member 2, the divided members 3 a to 3 f constituting the intermediate member 3 are held by the outer material 8 wrapping the basic member 2. It is held by the band 7.
At this time, one of the divided members 3a to 3f made of various different hardness materials is selected according to the use condition, and the vicinity of both ends of each of the divided members 3a to 3f is inserted into the loop-shaped holding band 7. Thus, the splitting members 3a to 3f can be easily retained by the expanding / contracting deformation force (see FIG. 4). When selecting the division members 3a to 3f, the hardness of the material can be confirmed by the tag 10 at a position corresponding to the end face in the bottom width direction of the mesh bag 9 surrounding the division members 3a to 3f.
When the intermediate member 3 is housed in the upper layer member 4 together with the basic member 2, the bottom surface of the upper layer member 4 is integrally closed with the backing member 5 by the fastener 6.
[0022]
Then, the sheet is laid on the tatami mat and the sheets 11 are fixed by the engaging means 12 on both side surfaces of the upper layer member 4. In use, even if a person rides on the upper layer member 4 and deforms, the upper layer member 4 is not covered with the basic member 2. The upper member 4, the basic member 2 and the intermediate member 3 work together to prevent the recoil generated when a person rides or rolls over. The heat and moisture generated by the metabolism of human beings can be suppressed or dissipated by expanding and contracting the cushioning material itself to breathe by body movements such as turning over, and the humidity in the clothes can be kept at an appropriate level.
[0023]
In such a futon device 1, the upper layer member 4 has a knitted fabric as a surface material, which is excellent in sweat absorption and quick-drying properties, has little skin irritation, suppresses the generation of static electricity, and can be made difficult to be charged. By the urethane foam material as the filling, air permeability can be ensured, and inhibition of the blood flow can be reduced by suppressing the reaction force.
In addition, by using the divided members 3a to 3f of the selected hardness for the intermediate member 3, it is possible to provide an optimal cushioning property that minimizes a sense of discomfort caused by differences in body shape and posture due to individual differences.
Furthermore, the synthetic resin fiber covered with the outer material 8 having good air permeability is formed into a corrugated shape, and the apparent density and the compression hardness are determined by the basic member 2 having an appropriate hardness selected from a predetermined one. Not only that the user does not bottom out, but also that the user can suppress a reaction such as a movement such as turning over while sleeping, a vibration due to breathing, and a generation of a slipping force.
[0024]
If the upper layer member 4 and the basic member 2 or the intermediate member 3 are engaged with each other by an appropriate engaging means, for example, the futon device 1 is placed on the floor of a commercially available bed. Even when the floor is adjusted for displacement, the upper layer member 4 does not separate from the basic member 2 and the intermediate member 3 and fall apart.
At this time, since the basic member 2 is formed by shaping a synthetic resin fiber into a corrugated shape, it absorbs bending stress and step stress, so that the basic member 2 follows the displacement of the floor of the undulating bed. However, it is possible to suppress the generation of the deviation force (see FIG. 6).
[0025]
Further, the upper layer member 4 in the futon device 1 according to the present invention may be subjected to unevenness processing (profile processing).
[0026]
By such processing, the upper layer member 4 can further suppress the reaction force, reduce the obstruction of the blood flow of the user, effectively promote the ventilation, and provide the comfortable futon device 1. .
[0027]
Further, although not shown, even if the basic member 2 and the intermediate member 3 are not accommodated in the upper member 4 as described above, when the upper member 4 is covered on the basic member 2 and the intermediate member 3, the upper member 4 When the intermediate member 3 is arranged on the basic member 2, the lower side surface is set so as to cover up to the bottom surface of the basic member 2. On the other hand, when the basic member 2 is arranged on the intermediate member 3, 3 can be set so as to cover the position of the bottom surface.
In the case of such a configuration, the upper layer member 4 and the basic member 2 or the intermediate member 3 can be integrally held by appropriate engaging means.
[0028]
Even in such a configuration, the upper layer member 4, the basic member 2, and the intermediate member 3 work together to suppress recoil, or to dissipate heat and moisture generated by human metabolism, thereby reducing the humidity in clothes. In addition, by using the divided members 3a to 3f of the selected hardness for the intermediate member 3, optimal cushioning properties can be provided.
[0029]
