本発明は、健常者には、より快適な敷物装置を提供すると共にかかる健常者から、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者に至るまで、使用者等に合わせて反発性を調整でき、且つギャッチベッド(背上げ膝上げ機能を有するベッド)に適応させる構成とした、敷物装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
高齢化社会に突入した現在、寝たきり等の入院患者数の増加と共に、褥瘡(じょくそう:床ずれ)発生の危険の高い患者が増加している。
以前、本出願人は、褥瘡対策を施したマットレスとして例えば特開平11−137613号を提案している。この場合のマットレスでは、二層構造としており、通常使用対応の、比較的硬質素材で構成した第1マットレス(図示省略)と、床ずれ対策を施した例えば軟質な低反発ウレタンを用いた第2マットレス(図示省略)とを積層すると共に、これら第1マットレスと第2マットレスとを、表地に一体収容する構成としている。
前記マットレスによれば、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者のみならず、健常者用のマットレスとしても使うことができるものとなっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記マットレスでは、ギャッチ機能を有するベッド(背上げ膝上げ機能を有するベッド)に適応する構造とはなっておらず、ボトムの傾斜動作に追随しやすいマットレスが求められている。また、広く健常者から患者、老人が使えるようなものとするためには、使用者個々の好み、あるいは傷病状況に応じて、局所的、あるいは全体的な固さの調整をきくようにすることで達成可能であると考えられる。
本発明はこのような背景から提案されたものであって、健常者には、より快適な敷物装置を提供すると共にかかる健常者から、床ずれ予防、治療を要する患者に至るまで、使用者等に合わせて反発性を調整でき、且つギャッチベッドに適応させる構成とした、敷物装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した課題を解決するために、本発明では、請求項1において、下層と中間層と上層とで構成し、前記下層は衝撃緩和用素材で構成し、前記中間層は、分割構造のベッド装置のボトムに対応した複数の分割片で構成し、これら分割片は、それぞれ異なる反発性の素材のものを備えていて、それぞれ選択的に交換して中間層として構成可能とし、前記上層は厚さが前記下層および中間層に比較して薄手で、且つ同等以下の反発性の素材で構成して、これら下層と中間層と上層とを表地で被覆する構成とした敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項2において、下層と中間層と上層とで構成し、前記下層は衝撃緩和用素材で構成し、前記中間層は、分割構造のベッド装置のボトムに対応した複数の分割片で構成し、これら分割片は、素材に機械的加工を施して、反発性を調整したものを備えていて、それぞれ選択的に交換して中間層として構成可能とし、前記上層は厚さが前記下層および中間層に比較して薄手で、且つ同等以下の反発性の素材で構成して、これら下層と中間層と上層とを表地で被覆する構成とした敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項3において、前記ベッド装置は、傾斜機構によって起伏調節する構成の分割構造のボトムを備え、このボトムは、背に対応する背ボトムと、腰に対応する腰ボトムとの間に、適度な曲率で曲がる構成の第1の湾曲ボトムを配置し、前記腰ボトムに隣接する膝ボトムと、足ボトムとの間に、第2の湾曲ボトムを配置する構成とし、前記分割片は、背ボトム、第1湾曲ボトム、腰ボトム、膝ボトム、第2湾曲ボトム、足ボトムにそれぞれ対応した分割構成とする敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項4において、前記第1湾曲ボトムに対応する分割片には、上面側に、ボトム幅方向に沿う、多数の切り溝を形成した敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項5において、前記第2湾曲ボトムに対応する分割片は、下面側に、ボトム幅方向に沿う、多数の切り溝を形成した敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項6において、前記背ボトムに対応する中間層の分割片に、反発性を調整するための機械的加工を施すようにした敷物装置を提案する。また本発明では、請求項7において、前記表地の内側に、前記下層、中間層、上層をそれぞれ別に装入して保持するための収容室を設けた敷物装置を提案する。
また本発明では、請求項8において、前記分割片を個々に収容する収容袋を有し、この収容袋に分割片を収容した状態で、それぞれ選択的に交換して中間層として構成可能とした敷物装置を提案する。
さらに本発明では、請求項9において、前記表地は、伸縮性を兼ね備えた防水性の布部材で構成した敷物装置を提案する。

【発明の実施の態様】
以下、本発明にかかる敷物装置につき、一つの実施の態様を示し、添付の図面に基づいて説明する。
図1に敷物装置1を示す。この敷物装置1は、ギャッチベッド2上に載置するようにした、下層3と中間層4と上層5とで構成し、これら下層3と中間層4と上層5とを表地6で被覆する構成としている。

前記ギャッチベッド2は、脚部7上に支持したメインフレーム8に、傾斜機構(図示省略)によって分割構造のボトム9を起伏調節する構成のもので、このボトム9は、背に対応する背ボトム9aと、腰に対応する腰ボトム9bとの間に、適度な曲率で曲がるように構成された第1の湾曲ボトム10aを配置し、前記腰ボトム9bに隣接する膝ボトム9cと、足ボトム9dとの間に、前記第1湾曲ボトム10aと同様の構造の第2の湾曲ボトム10bを配置する構成としている。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、

(4)中間層の、体圧がかかる肩甲骨周辺や、仙骨周辺に対応する箇所に機械的加工を施したので、かかる箇所の反発性が緩和され、体圧を好適に分散することができる。
(5)下層と中間層と上層とを、互いに接着して表地で覆ったことで、一体感あるマットレスとして使用することができ、取扱い性がよい。
(6)下層と中間層と上層とを、外枠体により外周部を取り囲んで一体的に保持して、表地で覆う構成としたことにより、取扱い性が向上する。
(7)表地の内側に、下層、中間層、上層をそれぞれの所定の収容室に装入して保持するようにしたので、それぞれの層を適宜、交換する作業が簡単である。
(8)収容袋に分割片を収容した状態で、それぞれ選択的に交換して中間層として構成し、敷物装置を、使用者に対応した反発性に調整することができる。
