Claims (7)
- 外周面にテーパ状の軌道面を有する内輪と、内周面にテーパ状の軌道面を有する外輪と、前記内輪の軌道面と前記外輪の軌道面との間を転動する複数の円すいころと、前記円すいころをポケット部で転動自在に保持する保持器とを備えてなる円すいころ軸受であって、
前記保持器は、樹脂組成物を射出成形してなる射出成形体であり、大径リング部と、小径リング部と、これらを連結する複数の柱部とを有し、隣接する柱部同士の間に前記ポケット部が形成され、
前記柱部に軸方向に沿った前記射出成形による金型分割線が形成され、該柱部における前記分割線よりも小径側であり、かつ、該小径側の柱部の保持器外径側にのみ、前記ポケット部開口の周方向幅を狭くする方向に形成された案内面からなる前記円すいころの案内部を有し、該柱部における前記分割線よりも小径側であり、かつ、該小径側の柱部の保持器内径側に、前記円すいころと前記保持器を一体化するための前記円すいころの脱落防止用の爪部を有しており、
運転時において、前記円すいころは前記案内部の前記案内面の一部に接触しながら転動することを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記内輪は、小径側端部に小鍔を有さない構造、または、小径側端部に小鍔を有さず、かつ大径側端部に大鍔を有さない構造であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記案内部のテーパ方向の幅が、前記柱部のテーパ方向の幅の51%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記案内部と前記脱落防止用の爪部とが同一の金型により成形され、前記爪部が無理抜きにて成形されたことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2または請求項3記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記爪部の高さhは、前記柱部のテーパ方向の爪部幅t1に対してh/t1が0.02以上、かつ、保持器軸方向の爪部幅t2に対して h/t2が0.02以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記案内部において、その軸方向両端部に貫通する溝を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記溝は、保持器外径側の軸方向端部から、軸方向反対端部に向けて、溝幅が広がる形状であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の円すいころ軸受。
