Claims (14)
- ドライブトレイン(118)であって、
入力側(38)、および、前記入力側(38)に選択的に連結可能な出力側(40)を具備する第1クラッチ(2)、および
前記出力側(40)に連結されるか連結可能であり、第2クラッチ(140;142)によりギヤホイール(122;124;126)に選択的に連結可能なトランスミッションシャフト(12;120)を具備するトランスミッション(6)を含み、
電気機械(96)の回転子(100)は前記出力側(40)上に配置され、前記電気機械(96)は、モーター作動時、前記第2クラッチ(140;142)の閉鎖前に前記トランスミッションシャフト(12;120)の回転速度と前記ギヤホイール(122;124;26)の回転速度が互いに近似化または整列されるように、制御または規制され得、
前記第1クラッチ(2)には閉鎖力を印加するためにスプリング装置(78)が割り当てられ、

- 前記回転子(100)は、半径方向(20)に前記第1クラッチ(2)の外側に配置され、および/または半径方向(20、22)に前記第1クラッチ(2)とともに装着(nest)された構成となっていることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のドライブトレイン(118)。
- 前記第1クラッチ(2)は、多板クラッチ(multiplate clutch)の形態になっており、前記第1クラッチの出力側(40)は、外側板キャリア(58)の形態になっており、前記回転子(100)は、前記外側板キャリア(58)の板維持セクション(64)上に配置され、および/または半径方向(20、22)に前記多板クラッチのプレートパック(plate pack;36)とともに装着された構成となっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(118)。
- 前記第1クラッチ(2)は、始動および/または分離クラッチおよび/または正常閉鎖クラッチであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(118)。
- 前記第1クラッチ(2)は、湿式稼動クラッチであり、
前記第1クラッチ(2)は、湿式チャンバー(90)に配置され、
前記湿式チャンバー(90)は、静的トランスミッションハウジングベル(30)および/または共回転クラッチハウジング(106)により範囲が決定され、
前記クラッチハウジング(106)は、前記電気機械(96)の固定子(98)が配置された乾式チャンバー(116)を前記湿式チャンバー(90)から分離するようにトランスミッションハウジングベル(30)内に、配置される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(118)。 - 前記スプリング装置(78)は板スプリング(80)である、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(118)。
- 前記第1クラッチ(2)には、
ハウジングに対して静的であるか固定されるように構成され、または、
締結解除ベアリング(88)により前記第1クラッチ(2)またはスプリング装置(78)から結合解除される、油圧起動装置(84)が割り当てられ得る、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(118)。 - 前記トランスミッション(6)は自動化された手動トランスミッションまたは自動トランスミッションの形態となっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(118)。
- 前記トランスミッション(6)は前進ギヤを形成するための少なくとも一つのギヤセット(134;136;138)を具備し、前記トランスミッション(6)は、同じ前記ギヤセット(134;136;138)により、前記電気機械(96)を通じて、電気機械(96)を通じてのみおよび/または前記回転子(100)の回転方向の反転によって後進ギヤとして作動することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(118)。
- 請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載されたドライブトレイン(118)内のトランスミッション(6)でギヤシフトを遂行する方法であって、
前記第1クラッチ(2)を開放する段階、
モーター作動時、前記トランスミッションシャフト(12)の回転速度と前記ギヤホイール(122;124;126)の回転速度が互いに近似化または整列されるように、前記電気機械(96)を制御または規制する段階、および
前記トランスミッションシャフト(12)の回転速度と前記ギヤホイール(122;124;126)の回転速度が互いに近似化または整列された後、前記第2クラッチ(140;142)を閉鎖して回転駆動の観点から前記トランスミッションシャフト(12)と前記ギヤホイール(122;124;126)の間を連結する段階を含む、方法。 - 前記トランスミッションシャフト(12)の回転速度と前記ギヤホイール(122;124;126)の回転速度は間接的または直接的に検出され、前記電気機械(96)を制御または規制する段階は、前記トランスミッションシャフト(12)の回転速度と前記ギヤホイール(122;124;126)の回転速度間の差を減少または除去するように遂行されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記電気機械(96)の制御または規制および/または前記第2クラッチ(140;142)の閉鎖は自動化されることを特徴とする、請求項11または請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記トランスミッション(6)は、前進ギヤを形成するためのギヤセット(134;136;138)により、前記電気機械(96)を通じて、前記電気機械(96)を通じてのみおよび/または前記回転子(100)の回転方向の反転によって後進ギヤとして作動されることを特徴とする、請求項11〜請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
