Description
Claims (5)
- ドリルビットである工具(2)をコアドリル等の機械工具(1)に保持及び固定するための装置(20)であって、
前記機械工具(1)で発生したトルクを前記工具(2)に伝達するための出力シャフト(6)と、
前記出力シャフト(6)を前記工具(2)の取付端(9)に脱着可能に接続するための、前記出力シャフト(6)の周りに位置するユニオンナット(22)と
を備え、
前記出力シャフト(6)は係止リング(25)を備え、前記ユニオンナット(22)はワッシャーディスク(26)と減衰器(27)とを備え、前記ワッシャーディスク(26)は前記係止リング(25)と前記減衰器(27)の間に位置し、前記減衰器(27)は前記工具(2)の前記ユニオンナット(22)と前記取付端(9)との間にあらかじめ規定されたテンションを発生させるよう設けられる
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ユニオンナット(22)が前記工具(2)の前記取付端(9)に接続された状態で前記ユニオンナット(22)の内面(24)が前記減衰器(27)に押し付けられ、それにより前記ワッシャーディスク(26)が前記係止リング(25)に摩擦力で嵌入されるように押し付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記出力シャフト(6)を前記工具(2)の前記取付端(9)に脱着可能に接続するため、前記ユニオンナット(22)は、内部ネジ(23)を備え、前記工具(2)の前記取付端(9)は前記ユニオンナット(22)の前記内部ネジ(23)に対応する外部ネジ(12)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ユニオンナット(22)がプラスチック製である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の少なくとも1つに記載の装置。
- 前記係止リング(25)及び前記ワッシャーディスク(26)が金属製である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の少なくとも1つに記載の装置。
