Claims (14)
- 筋腫摘出術又は筋腫除去手順を実施するための子宮鏡システムであって、
内視鏡と、
前記内視鏡の作業チャネルを通して導入されるように構成された組織切除デバイスと、
再循環流体管理システムと、を有し、
前記再循環流体管理システムは、
食塩水供給源からの食塩水の流入流れと前記食塩水供給源に戻る食塩水の流出流れを生じさせ、前記内視鏡の流体チャネルの中を流れる食塩水の流入流れと前記組織切除デバイスの摘出チャネルの中を流れる食塩水の流出流れを生じさせるポンプシステムと、
コントローラ及び制御アルゴリズムと、
前記食塩水供給源に戻る食塩水の流出流れを濾過するための選択された特性を有するフィルタシステムと、を含み、
前記制御アルゴリズムは、子宮腔内への食塩水の流入流れと、選択された流出流量の食塩水の流出流れを生じさせ、
前記フィルタシステムの前記特性及び前記流出流量は、前記食塩水供給源に戻る濾過された食塩水の電解質濃度の変化が実質的に生じないように選択される、子宮鏡システム。 - 前記フィルタシステムの前記特性及び前記流出流量は、食塩水中の濾過された赤血球の5%よりも多い溶血を防止するように選択される、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記フィルタシステムの前記特性は、更に、濾過液がプロトロンビン時間検定によって確認されるような外因性凝固経路に実質的に影響を及ぼさないことを保証するように選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の子宮鏡システム。

- 前記フィルタシステムの前記特性は、更に、濾過液が血小板凝集検定によって確認されるような血小板凝集に実質的に影響を及ぼさないことを保証するように選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の子宮鏡システム。
