Claims (13)
- 内視鏡手順に使用するための再循環流体管理システムであって、
食塩水供給源からの流入流れと前記食塩水供給源に戻る流出流れを生じさせるポンプシステムと、
コントローラ及び制御アルゴリズムと、
前記食塩水供給源に戻る流出流れを濾過するための選択された特性を有するフィルタシステムと、を含み、
前記制御アルゴリズムは、子宮腔内への流入流れと、選択された流出流量の流出流れを生じさせ、
前記フィルタシステム特性及び前記流出流量は、濾過された食塩水中における赤血球の5%よりも多い溶血を防止するように選択され、
前記フィルタシステム特性及び前記流出流量は、前記食塩水供給源に戻る濾過された食塩水の電解質濃度の変化が実質的に生じないように選択される、再循環流体管理システム。 - 前記フィルタシステム特性は、更に、濾過された食塩水がプロトロンビン時間検定によって確認されるような外因性凝固経路に実質的に影響を及ぼさないことを保証するように選択される、請求項1に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記フィルタシステム特性は、更に、濾過された食塩水が未活性化部分凝血誘発時間検定によって確認されるような内因性凝固経路に実質的に影響を及ぼさないことを保証するように選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記フィルタシステム特性は、更に、濾過された食塩水がタンパク質補体C3A及びC5bのうちの少なくとも一方を評価する補体活性化検定によって確認されるような免疫システム経路の活性化を実質的に引き起こさないことを保証するように選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記フィルタシステム特性は、更に、濾過された食塩水が血小板凝集検定によって確認されるような血小板凝集に実質的に影響を及ぼさないことを保証するように選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記制御アルゴリズムは、前記フィルタシステムにおける圧力を最大100psi(689.476KPa)以下に制限するように、前記流出流量を制御する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記フィルタシステム特性は、少なくとも0.5m2の全内腔表面積を有する中空フィルタ繊維を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記フィルタシステム特性は、少なくとも500ml/分の流量である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記フィルタシステム特性は、50kDa以下の公称分子量限界(NMWL)を有する中空繊維を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記フィルタシステム特性は、前記フィルタにおける5psi(34.474KPa)以下の背圧を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記フィルタシステム特性は、血液の少なくとも40mlの濾過容量である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記フィルタシステム特性は、血液の少なくとも60mlの濾過容量である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
- 前記フィルタシステム特性は、血液の少なくとも80mlの濾過容量である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の再循環流体管理システム。
