Description
ドライバー回路ボードは、白熱電球のディフューザーに影を放つ。電子ドライバー回路に加えて、ディフューザーに影を放つ、照明キャビティ内に位置した他のものは、ねじ、ワイヤー,および反射機を含むが、これらに限らない。したがって、ランプの物理的構造を、影がディフューザーに放されるのを防止するために、修正する必要がある。かくして、光発生特性を改善した照明器具の要望が絶えず当該技術において存在する。
以下の詳細な説明は、発明の一般的な原理を示し、その例が添付図面に追加的に示されている。図面において、同じ参照番号は、同一の又は機能的に似た要素を指示する。
Claims (21)
- 照明器具であって、
キャビティを構成するハウジングと;
光を放射するための少なくとも1つの照明要素と;
前記少なくとも1つの照明要素に結合され、当該少なくとも1つの照明要素に電力を供給するドライバーボードであって、当該ドライバーボードは上部と下部とを構成し、前記ドライバーボードの下部は、前記ハウジングの前記キャビティ内に配置されている、ドライバーボードと;
照明キャビティおよび外面を構成する内側ディフューザーであって、前記照明キャビティは前記少なくとも1つの照明要素及び前記ドライバーボードの上部を含むように寸法決めされている、内側ディフューザーと;
内側ディフューザーを囲み、内面を構成する外側ディフューザーと;を含み、内側ディフューザーの外面と外側ディフューザーの内面は互いに共同して内側ディフューザーと外側ディフューザーとの間に空間を構成し、内側ディフューザーおよび外側ディフューザーは、少なくとも1つの照明要素によって放射される光を広げかつ混合し、前記照明キャビティ内で、前記ドライバーボードの前記上部により生成される影を実質的に除去する、照明器具。 - 内側ディフューザーと外側ディフューザーとの間の空間は、空気および光の透過を可能にする材料の1つで満たされる、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 内側ディフューザーと外側ディフューザーとの間の空間は、真空である、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 照明器具は、複数の照明要素を含む、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 複数の照明要素は、複数の発光ダイオード(LED)である、請求項4に記載の照明器具。
- 複数のLEDは、異なる色を有し、複数のLEDの各々によって発生される照明は互いに混合されて白色光を生じる、請求項5に記載の照明器具。
- 内側ディフューザーおよび外側ディフューザーは、異なる材料で構成される、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 外側ディフューザーは、ほぼドーム形輪郭を含む、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 内側ディフューザーは、湾曲端部分および内方にテーパーした側部を含む、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 前記ハウジングは、凹部および凹部内に位置した突出部を構成する、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 外側ディフューザーは、複数のタブを含み、該タブは、前記ハウジングの突出部に当接して前記ハウジングと外側ディフューザーとの間にスナップ嵌め係合を引き起こす、請求項10に記載の照明器具。
- 上面および下面を有する照明ボードを含み、少なくとも1つの照明要素は、照明ボードの上面に沿って配置される、請求項1に記載の照明器具。
- 内側ディフューザーは複数のタブを含み、該タブは、照明ボードの下面に当接して照明ボードと内側ディフューザーとの間にスナップ嵌め係合を引き起こす、請求項12に記載の照明器具。
- 発光ダイオード(LED)白熱電球であって、
キャビティを構成するハウジングと;
光を発生するための少なくとも1つのLEDと;
前記少なくとも1つのLEDに結合され、当該少なくとも1つのLEDに電力を供給するドライバーボードであって、当該ドライバーボードは上部と下部とを構成し、前記ドライバーボードの下部は、前記ハウジングの前記キャビティ内に配置されている、ドライバーボードと;
照明キャビティおよび外面を構成する内側ディフューザーであって、前記照明キャビティは、少なくとも1つのLED及び前記ドライバーボードの上部を含むように寸法決めされている、内側ディフューザーと;
内側ディフューザーを囲み、内面を構成する外側ディフューザーと;を含み、内側ディフューザーの外面と外側ディフューザーの内面は互いに共同して内側ディフューザーと外側ディフューザーとの間に空間を構成し、内側ディフューザーおよび外側ディフューザーは、少なくとも1つのLEDによって発生される光を広げかつ混合し、前記照明キャビティ内で、前記ドライバーボードの前記上部により生成される影を実質的に除去する、発光ダイオード(LED)白熱電球。 - 内側ディフューザーと外側ディフューザーとの間の空間は、空気および光の透過を可能にする材料の1つで満たされる、請求項14に記載のLED白熱電球。
- 内側ディフューザーと外側ディフューザーとの間の空間は、真空である、請求項14に記載のLED白熱電球。
- 複数のLEDは、異なる色を有し、複数のLEDの各々によって発生される光は互いに混合されて白色光を生じる、請求項14に記載のLED白熱電球。
- 前記ハウジングは、凹部および凹部内に位置した突出部を構成する、請求項14に記載のLED白熱電球。
- 外側ディフューザーは、複数のタブを含み、該タブは、前記ハウジングの突出部に当接して前記ハウジングと外側ディフューザーとの間にスナップ嵌め係合を引き起こす、請求項18に記載のLED白熱電球。
- 上面および下面を有する照明ボードを含み、少なくとも1つの照明要素は、照明ボードの上面に沿って配置される、請求項14に記載のLED白熱電球。
- 内側ディフューザーは複数のタブを含み、該タブは、照明ボードの下面に当接して照明ボードと内側ディフューザーとの間にスナップ嵌め係合を引き起こす、請求項20に記載のLED白熱電球。
