本实用新型涉及夜间照明技术领域,具体为一种低亮度起夜小夜灯。
背景技术
小夜灯的灯光柔和,在茫茫黑暗中,起到指引照明的作用,同时兼具一灯多用的功能,其种类很多,多用于居室、楼道、过道以及卧室中,现有技术中的小夜灯常固定安装,采用光控式开关控制,灯光较为明亮,往往会非常刺眼,此类小夜灯容易造成用户的不适,给用户较差的体验,同时机械化的开关操作,让小夜灯仅仅作为一种照明工具使用,操作使用时不够人性化。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种低亮度起夜小夜灯,灯具小巧便于携带,光线柔和,在夜间使用时不刺眼,可玩度高,同时操作方式与传统方式不同,更加的人性化,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种低亮度起夜小夜灯,包括硅胶罩、大PCB板、均光罩和底壳;
底壳:所述底壳的底端设有硅胶塞,底壳的内部安装有小PCB板,且所述小PCB板的侧面设有TYPE-C接口,所述均光罩与底壳卡接,且所述硅胶罩夹在均光罩与底壳之间;
大PCB板:所述大PCB板的底端安装有聚合物电池,大PCB板顶端的中部设有弹簧,所述大PCB板通过两个螺钉安装在底壳上;
其中,还包括有电控组件,电控组件位于底壳与均光罩之间,电控组件包含有触摸开关和电流调节装置,触摸开关位于均光罩上,触摸开关和电流调节装置电连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本低亮度起夜小夜灯,具有以下好处:
1、小夜灯相比传统的灯具体积小,触摸手感好,便于携带,无复杂的分件和细碎的零件,在装配时更加简单;
2、抛弃了传统硬壳塑料材质的外壳,选择硅胶作为表面,让手感更加柔软,使小夜灯便于擦洗,灯体选用母婴级硅胶,安全度高,能够给小宝宝玩耍用;
3、视觉上,灯在亮度上升中更加符合不同亮度的使用环境,满足使用者的起夜需求,灯光温和不刺眼,具备触摸调光功能和睡眠功能,且利用翻转亮灯作为灯体的开关,克服了深夜用户需要摸索开关的缺陷。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种低亮度起夜小夜灯,包括硅胶罩1、大PCB板5、均光罩2和底壳9;
底壳9:底壳9的底端设有硅胶塞10,卡在底壳9的底部位置,底壳9的内部安装有小PCB板7,且小PCB板7的侧面设有TYPE-C接口8,小PCB板7与底壳9为一体结构,均光罩2与底壳9卡接,且硅胶罩1夹在均光罩2与底壳9之间,硅胶罩1位于均光罩2的上方,其底端面通过均光罩2与底壳9扣合夹住硅胶罩1,即完成灯的装配,形成简单的死扣,保证了外观统一的同时,减少了螺丝数量,使小夜灯的装配更加简单;
大PCB板5:大PCB板5的底端安装有聚合物电池6,聚合物电池6提供电量,可利用TYPE-C接口8进行充电,大PCB板5顶端的中部设有弹簧4,大PCB板5通过两个螺钉3安装在底壳9上;
其中,还包括有电控组件,电控组件位于底壳9与均光罩2之间,用于控制小夜灯的亮度,电控组件包含有触摸开关和电流调节装置,触摸开关位于均光罩2上,触摸开关和电流调节装置电连接,当用户按压硅胶罩1时,触摸到均光罩2上的触摸开关,然后导电至弹簧4,可以调节亮度从最暗至最亮,同时灯的颜色可根据亮度上升由暖黄到冷白。
在使用时:将底壳9翻转至朝上,则小夜灯开启,灯光透过均光罩2散射出来,按压硅胶罩1时,触摸到均光罩2上的触摸开关,然后导电至弹簧4,可以调节亮度从最暗至最亮,同时灯的颜色可根据亮度上升由暖黄到冷白,实现触摸功能,双拍小夜灯的灯体后,进入睡眠模式,小夜灯15分钟内缓缓熄灭。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种低亮度起夜小夜灯,其特征在于:包括硅胶罩(1)、大PCB板(5)、均光罩(2)和底壳(9);
底壳(9):所述底壳(9)的底端设有硅胶塞(10),底壳(9)的内部安装有小PCB板(7),且所述小PCB板(7)的侧面设有TYPE-C接口(8),所述均光罩(2)与底壳(9)卡接,且所述硅胶罩(1)夹在均光罩(2)与底壳(9)之间;
大PCB板(5):所述大PCB板(5)的底端安装有聚合物电池(6),大PCB板(5)顶端的中部设有弹簧(4),所述大PCB板(5)通过两个螺钉(3)安装在底壳(9)上;
其中,还包括有电控组件,电控组件位于底壳(9)与均光罩(2)之间,电控组件包含有触摸开关和电流调节装置,触摸开关位于均光罩(2)上,触摸开关和电流调节装置电连接。
