Claims (10)
- 生体の心電信号および前記生体の脈波を用いて圧受容体反射指標、交感神経指標、心拍数、推定心拍出量および血管代替指標を演算する演算部と、
前記演算部によって演算された前記圧受容体反射指標、前記交感神経指標、前記心拍数、前記推定心拍出量および前記血圧代替指標のそれぞれの変化を表示する表示部と、
前記生体の安静時の心拍出量を記憶する記憶部と、を有し、
前記演算部は、
前記心電信号および前記脈波を用いて圧受容体反射指標を演算する圧受容体反射指標演算部と、
前記心電信号を用いて交感神経指標を演算する交感神経指標演算部と、
前記心電信号を用いて心拍数を演算する心拍数演算部と、
前記心電信号および前記脈波を用いて推定心拍出量を演算する推定心拍出量演算部と、
前記心電信号および前記脈波を用いて血圧代替指標を演算する血圧代替指標演算部と、を有し、
前記推定心拍出量演算部は、
前記生体の安静時の心電信号を用いて心拍数を演算するとともに前記生体の安静時の心電信号および脈波を用いてPWTTを演算し、さらに、前記記憶部に記憶されている前記生体の安静時の心拍出量、演算された前記心拍数、前記PWTTを用いて推定心拍出量算出係数を演算し、前記生体の負荷時の心電信号を用いて心拍数を演算するとともに前記生体の負荷時の前記心電信号および前記脈波を用いてPWTTを演算し、前記生体の負荷時の心拍数、PWTTおよび前記推定心拍出量算出係数を用いて推定心拍出量を演算することを特徴とする生体情報測定装置。 - 前記圧受容体反射指標演算部は、
前記心電信号を用いて心電波形のRR低周波を演算するとともに前記心電波形および前記脈波を用いてPWTT低周波を演算し、さらに前記RR低周波/前記PWTT低周波を演算することによって圧受容体反射指標を演算することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記交感神経指標演算部は、
前記心電信号を用いて心電波形のRR低周波およびRR高周波を演算し、さらに前記RR低周波/前記RR高周波を演算することによって交感神経指標を演算することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記血圧代替指標演算部は、
前記心電信号および前記脈波を用いてPWTTを演算し、前記PWTTを血圧代替指標として出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記表示部は、
前記圧受容体反射指標、前記交感神経指標、前記心拍数、前記推定心拍出量および前記血圧代替指標の変化を時系列にグラフ化して表示することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 生体の安静時の、心拍出量、心電信号および脈波を用いて、推定心拍出量算出係数を演算する段階と、
前記生体の負荷時の、心電信号および脈波を用いて圧受容体反射指標、交感神経指標、心拍数および血圧代替指標を演算し、前記生体の負荷時の、心電信号、脈波、および前記推定心拍出量算出係数を用いて前記生体の推定心拍出量を演算する段階と、
演算した圧受容体反射指標、交感神経指標、心拍数、推定心拍出量および血圧代替指標のそれぞれの変化を表示する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする生体情報測定方法。 - 前記圧受容体反射指標は、
前記心電信号を用いて心電波形のRR低周波を演算するとともに前記心電波形および前記脈波を用いてPWTT低周波を演算し、さらに前記RR低周波/前記PWTT低周波を演算することによって求められることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の生体情報測定方法。 - 前記交感神経指標は、
前記心電信号を用いて心電波形のRR低周波およびRR高周波を演算し、さらに前記RR低周波/前記RR高周波を演算することによって求められることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の生体情報測定方法。 - 前記推定心拍出量は、
前記心電信号を用いて心拍数を演算するとともに前記心電信号および前記脈波を用いてPWTTを演算し、さらに前記心拍数、前記PWTTおよび前記推定心拍出量算出係数を用いることによって求められることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の生体情報測定方法。 - 前記血圧代替指標は、
前記心電信号および前記脈波を用いてPWTTを演算することによって求められることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の生体情報測定方法。
