Claims (8)
- 金属チップから炭化水素及び/又は水分を除去する乾燥機であって、
スクラップコンベアを含む細長いチャンバで構成される上部分と、
バーナー、熱交換器、及び高温揮発性有機化合物(VOC)除去チャンバを含むベース部分と、を有し、
前記細長いチャンバは、金属チップを入口のところで受入れ、金属チップを出口まで搬送し、加熱空気を前記ベース部分から受入れるように構成され、
前記上部分からの排気ガスは、前記ベース部分に受入れられ、前記高温揮発性有機化合物(VOC)除去チャンバ内で前記バーナーによって加熱され、過熱ガスを得、過熱ガスを、前記熱交換器の第1の側に導入し、外気を前記熱交換器の第2の側に導入し、加熱された外気を形成する、乾燥機。 - 前記ベース部分は、外気を受入れるポートを含む、請求項1に記載の乾燥機。
- 外気が、前記ベース部分の外部領域を形成するプレナムに導入される、請求項2に記載の乾燥機。
- 前記スクラップコンベアは、前記細長いチャンバの入口端部と出口端部の間に延びるスクリューコンベアを含み、
前記ベース部分は、上部分排気ガスのための入口部分と、下側ユニットの外面に隣接して排気ガスを搬送するプレナムと、過熱排気ガスを得且つ揮発性有機化合物(VOC)を除去するために排気ガスの温度を上昇させるヒーターと、過熱排気ガスを受入れて熱を排気ガスに移送する熱交換器と、を含む、請求項1に記載の乾燥機。 - 前記スクラップコンベアは、前記細長いチャンバの上面よりも底面の近くに配置される、請求項1に記載の乾燥機。
- 前記スクラップコンベアは、細長い円筒形トラフを有し、前記円筒形トラフは、加熱された外気を受入れる複数の噴出通路を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥機。
- エアナイフが前記噴出通路の各々に隣接して配置される、請求項6に記載の乾燥機。
- 前記プレナムは、渦巻チャネルを含む、請求項3に記載の乾燥機。
