また、ベンチュリミキサの調整された面積が小さい場合には、前記空燃比調整手段の開度を小さく、かつ、開度調整範囲の調整幅を小さくなるように変更し、前記ベンチュリミキサの調整された面積が大きい場合には、前記空燃比調整手段の開度を大きく、かつ、開度調整範囲の調整幅を大きくなるように変更することで、ベンチュリミキサでの吸引負圧の変化に伴って空燃比調整手段の通路面積を調整する必要が生じることに対応できるとともに、通路面積の変化に伴うバイオガスの吸引流量の変動量が吸引負圧の変化と連動して変化することにも対応できることとなる。

Claims (5)
- 燃料経路に燃料圧力調整手段を設け、前記燃料圧力調整手段下流の燃料経路に空燃比調整手段を設け、燃料経路と吸気経路の合流箇所にベンチュリミキサを設け、有機性廃棄物由来のバイオガスを単独燃料とするバイオガス専焼エンジンにおいて、
前記燃料圧力調整手段を大気圧力程度に調整し、前記ベンチュリミキサの圧力と前記燃料圧力調整手段の調整圧力との圧力差によって所定エンジン出力における所定燃焼に必要な流量の前記バイオガスを吸引する空気流速となるように前記ベンチュリミキサの面積を調整し、
前記ベンチュリミキサの調整された面積が小さい場合には、前記空燃比調整手段の開度を小さく、かつ、開度調整範囲の調整幅を小さくなるように変更し、前記ベンチュリミキサの調整された面積が大きい場合には、前記空燃比調整手段の開度を大きく、かつ、開度調整範囲の調整幅を大きくなるように変更することを特徴とするバイオガス専焼エンジン。 - エンジン冷却水回路に加熱手段を設け、始動指令を受信すると冷却水ポンプを駆動するとともに冷却水温度を検知して所定温度未満の場合は前記所定温度以上に達するまで前記加熱手段を駆動する一方でエンジン強制駆動手段の駆動を待機する制御手段を設けた請求項1記載のバイオガス専焼エンジン。
- 前記燃料圧力調整手段上流の燃料経路に有機性廃棄物を燃焼してバイオガスを生成するガス化炉を設け、エンジン冷却水回路に加熱手段を設け、エンジン始動時刻の第一所定時間以前にガス化炉の燃焼を開始し、冷却水温度を検知して所定温度未満の場合は前記第一所定時間よりも短い第二所定時間以前に冷却水ポンプを駆動するとともに、前記所定温度以上に達するまで前記加熱手段を駆動する制御手段を設けた請求項1記載のバイオガス専焼エンジン。
- ベンチュリミキサの空気が通過する面積の調整は、都市ガスを使ってエンジンを所定の出力でストイキ燃焼させる際の混合気の発熱量に匹敵する発熱量となるように、バイオガスと空気とを混合させる空気流速に調整する請求項1記載のバイオガス専焼エンジン。
- バイオガス:空気=54:46〜40:60の割合でバイオガスと空気とを混合させる空気流速に調整する請求項4記載のバイオガス専焼エンジン。
