空気燃焼から酸素燃焼への移行
Claims (13)
- 酸素燃焼に移行する方法であって、
ボイラを準備する工程と、
空気の存在下で化石燃料を燃焼させ、燃焼排ガスを作り出す工程にして、バーナーには一次新鮮空気取入れダンパからの一次空気流れ及び二次新鮮空気取入れダンパからの二次空気流れが供給される該工程と、
前記ボイラの出口で燃焼排ガス酸素濃度を測定する工程と、
酸素流れを前記バーナーに導入することにより、前記ボイラの出口での燃焼排ガス酸素濃度を高める工程と、
前記燃焼排ガスを前記ボイラに供給するために燃焼排ガス循環ダンパを開放する工程と、
酸素混合器に前記酸素流れではない追加の酸素流れを供給し、前記燃焼排ガスと前記追加の酸素流れを混合することにより、酸素循環燃焼排ガスを作り出す工程と、
前記酸素循環燃焼排ガスを一次酸素循環燃焼排ガスと二次酸素循環燃焼排ガスに分離する工程と、
前記二次新鮮空気取入れダンパを徐々に閉じることにより、前記二次空気から前記二次酸素循環燃焼排ガスへと移行する工程と、
前記一次新鮮空気取入れダンパを徐々に閉じることにより、前記一次空気流れから前記一次酸素循環燃焼排ガスへと移行する工程とを含む方法。 - 一次酸素混合器の下流の前記一次酸素循環燃焼排ガスの酸素濃度を測定する工程を含む請求項1の方法。
- 二次酸素混合器の下流の二次酸素循環燃焼排ガスの酸素濃度を測定する工程を含む請求項2の方法。
- 前記二次酸素混合器の下流の二次酸素循環燃焼排ガスの酸素濃度は、移行中約18〜約28パーセントに維持される請求項3の方法。
- 前記一次酸素混合器の下流の前記一次酸素循環燃焼排ガスの酸素濃度は、移行中約16〜約23.5パーセントに維持される請求項4の方法。
- 前記ボイラの出口での前記燃焼排ガスの酸素濃度は、移行中約2〜約7パーセントに維持される請求項5の方法。
- 前記二次酸素循環燃焼排ガスへの移行は、前記一次酸素循環燃焼排ガスへの移行前に生じる請求項6の方法。
- 前記一次酸素循環燃焼排ガスへの移行は、前記二次酸素循環燃焼排ガスへの移行前に生じる請求項6の方法。
- 前記一次酸素循環燃焼排ガスへの移行は、前記二次酸素循環燃焼排ガスへの移行と同時に生じる請求項6の方法。
- 酸素燃焼から空気燃焼に移行する方法であって、
ボイラを準備する工程と、
酸素の存在下で化石燃料を燃焼させ、燃焼排ガスを作り出す工程にして、バーナーには循環ダンパを通過した一次酸素循環燃焼ガス流れ及び二次酸素循環燃焼排ガス流れが供給される該工程と、
前記循環ダンパの上流にある一次酸素混合器への一次酸素流れの流れを低減する工程と、
一次新鮮空気密遮断弁及び一次新鮮空気取入れダンパを開放することにより、前記一次酸素循環流れから前記一次空気流れへと移行する工程と、
前記一次酸素混合器の下流にある二次酸素混合器への二次酸素の流れを低減する工程と、
二次新鮮空気密遮断弁及び二次新鮮空気取入れダンパを開放することにより、前記二次酸素循環流れから前記一次空気流れへと移行する工程と、
前記循環ダンパを閉じる工程とを含む方法。 - 酸素燃焼中に前記バーナーに供給される酸素の流れは、前記循環ダンパを閉じた後に遮断される請求項10の方法。
- 前記二次酸素循環燃焼排ガスに別の追加の酸素流れを供給する工程を含む請求項1の方法。
- 前記一次酸素循環燃焼排ガスは粉砕器を通過する請求項1の方法。
