c2)該焼結体を、工程b2)において用意された分散液中へ、予め定義された浸漬時間t浸漬にわたって浸漬し、
d2)工程c2)において得られたコーティングされた焼結体を乾燥させ、
e2)工程c2)及びd2)により得られた層を、期間t焼付けにわたって、予め定義された焼付け温度T焼付けで焼き付ける。
必要とされるより低い加熱容量によって、本発明によりコーティングされた焼結体を有する気化器は、そのうえ、従来の気化器よりも、そのエネルギー効率及びその電気エネルギー源の寿命に関してはるかに優れている。

Claims (41)
- 焼結体並びに電気伝導性コーティングを含む気化器であって、
前記焼結体が、ガラス又はガラスセラミックにより形成され、10〜90%の範囲内の開放気孔率を有し、
前記電気伝導性コーティングが、開気孔により形成される前記焼結体の表面と結合されており、
前記電気伝導性コーティングが、前記気化器の加熱装置の構成要素であり、ここで、
前記電気伝導性コーティングが、前記焼結体の表面上に堆積されており、かつ前記焼結体の表面と結合されており、ここで、前記電気伝導性コーティングは、前記焼結体の内部に存在する気孔を覆うので、前記焼結体の電気接触及び電流の負荷の際に、この電流が、少なくとも部分的に前記焼結体の内部を流れ、かつ前記焼結体の内部を加熱する、前記気化器。 - 前記焼結体が、50〜80%の範囲内の開放気孔率を有する、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 前記焼結体の開気孔が、1μm〜5000μmの範囲内の気孔径を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の気化器。
- 前記焼結体が、前記開気孔に加え、閉気孔も有し、ここで、前記気孔の全体積に対する前記閉気孔の割合は、多くとも10%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。
- 前記焼結体の気孔が、少なくとも二峰性の気孔径分布を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。
- 前記焼結体が、500〜700μmの範囲内の気孔径を有する大気孔及び100〜300μmの範囲内の気孔径を有する小気孔を有する、請求項5に記載の気化器。
- 前記焼結体が、アルカリ含有率11質量%以下を有するガラスから形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。
- 前記ガラスが、300〜900℃の範囲内の転移温度Tgを有する、請求項7に記載の気化器。
- 前記ガラスが、アルミノホウケイ酸ガラスである、請求項7又は8に記載の気化器。
- 前記ガラスが、次の成分
SiO 2 50〜85質量%
B 2 O 3 1〜20質量%
Al 2 O 3 1〜17質量%
Na 2 O+K 2 Oの合計 1〜11質量%
MgO+CaO+BaO+SrOの合計 1〜13質量%
を含有するアルミノホウケイ酸ガラスである、請求項9に記載の気化器。 - 前記焼結体が、多くとも20・10−6K−1 の線熱膨張係数α20-300℃ 焼結体を有し、前記電気伝導性コーティングが、1・10−6〜20・10−6K−1の範囲内の線熱膨張係数α20-300℃ コーティングを有し、及び/又は双方の熱膨張係数の差
Δα20-300℃=α20-300℃ コーティング−α20-300℃ 焼結体
が、0〜20・10−6K−1 である、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。 - 前記電気伝導性コーティングの設けられた前記焼結体が、0.001〜106S/mの範囲内の電気伝導度を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングが、金属酸化物により形成される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングが、酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)、アルミニウムドープ酸化亜鉛(AZO)、フッ素ドープ酸化スズ(FTO)及び/又はアンチモンドープ酸化スズ(ATO)からなる群からの金属酸化物により形成される、請求項13に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングの層厚が1nm〜1000μmである、請求項13又は14に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングが、金属により形成される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングが、銀、金、白金及び/又はクロムにより形成される、請求項16に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングの層厚が、1nm〜1000μmである、請求項16又は17に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングを備えた前記焼結体が、0.2〜5Ωの範囲内の電気抵抗を有し、1〜12Vの範囲内の電圧及び/又は1〜80Wの加熱容量で動作できる、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングを備えた前記焼結体が、0.2Ω〜3000Ωの範囲内の電気抵抗を有し、かつ前記気化器が、110〜380Vの範囲内の電圧及び/又は10〜1000Wの加熱容量で動作できる、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。
- 前記気化器が、機械的な電気接触又は電気伝導性コネクタ若しくは材質的接合による電気伝導性接合による電気接触を有する、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングが、電気伝導性成分に加えて、少なくとも1つのさらなる成分を有する、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングが、少なくとも1つのさらなる成分として、抗微生物性及び/又は抗菌性の成分を有する、請求項22に記載の気化器。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングが、少なくとも1つのさらなる成分として、銀、ZnO及び/又はTiO 2 を有する、請求項23に記載の気化器。
- 電子タバコ、医用吸入器、アロマディフューザー又は加湿器における部品としての、請求項1〜24のいずれか1項に記載の気化器の使用。
- 請求項1に記載の気化器を製造する方法であって、少なくとも次の工程段階:
a)10〜90%の範囲内の開放気孔率を有する、ガラス又はガラスセラミック製の焼結体を用意すること、及び
b)開気孔により形成される前記焼結体の表面を、前記焼結体の内部の気孔の表面を含め、電気伝導性コーティングでコーティングすること
を含む、前記方法。 - 工程a)において、アルカリ含有率11質量%未満を有するガラス製の焼結体を用意する、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記電気伝導性コーティングが、分散液からの固形物の縮合又は沈殿、溶液からの固形物の縮合又は沈殿、気相からの固形物の凝縮又は析出によるか又はガルバニックな方法により、前記焼結体の、前記開気孔の表面により形成される表面全体に堆積される、請求項26又は27に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において堆積される電気伝導性コーティングが、金属酸化物により形成される、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において堆積される電気伝導性コーティングが、酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)、アルミニウムドープ酸化亜鉛(AZO)、フッ素ドープ酸化スズ(FTO)及び/又はアンチモンドープ酸化スズ(ATO)からなる群からの金属酸化物により形成される、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が、工程b)において、溶液又は分散液からの縮合又は沈殿により堆積される、請求項29又は30に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が、少なくとも次の工程段階
a2)前記焼結体を用意すること、
b2)前記金属酸化物の分散液又は溶液を用意すること、
c2)前記焼結体を、工程c2)において用意された分散液中へ予め定義された浸漬時間t浸漬にわたって浸漬すること、及び
d2)工程c2)により得られた層を、予め定義された焼付け温度T焼付けで期間t焼付けにわたって焼き付けること
を含む浸漬方法により堆積される、請求項31に記載の方法。 - 工程d2)において、60〜1000℃の範囲内の焼付け温度T焼付けが選択される、請求項32に記載の方法。
- 前記電気伝導性コーティングの焼付けを、不活性ガス下、真空下又は還元雰囲気下で行う、請求項32又は33に記載の方法。
- 堆積された前記電気伝導性コーティングの層厚が、1nm〜800μmである、請求項32〜34のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程c2)において用意される分散液の固形物割合が、1〜50質量%である、請求項32〜35のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程c2)及び/又はd2)を複数回行う、請求項32〜36のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において堆積される電気伝導性コーティングが、金属により形成される、請求項32〜37のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程b)において堆積される電気伝導性コーティングが、銀、金、白金及び/又はクロムにより形成される、請求項38に記載の方法。
- 前記金属が、溶液又は分散液から電解析出されるか又はガルバニックに堆積される、請求項38又は39に記載の方法。
- ハウジング内の請求項21に記載の焼結体並びに前記焼結体の接続のための電気接点を有する気化器ヘッド。
