Description
エアロゾル発生基体を保持する貯蔵部と、
加熱組立品であって、
発熱体と、
空孔を備えるセラミック要素であって、セラミック要素の一方の側面は貯蔵部と流体連通し、これにより空孔は毛細管作用によって貯蔵部からエアロゾル発生基体を受容し、セラミック要素の反対側の側面は、発熱体と熱連通する、セラミック要素と、を備えるベイパー発生システムが提供され、
加熱組立品は、発熱体とエアロゾル発生基体との間の流体連通を抑止するように構成され、かつ
発熱体は、その中にエアロゾル発生基体を有するセラミック要素を加熱してベイパーを生成するように構成される。
貯蔵部によってエアロゾル発生基体を保持することと、
発熱体とエアロゾル発生基体との間の流体連通を抑止することと、
貯蔵部と流体連通し、かつ発熱体と熱連通するセラミック要素の空孔によって、エアロゾル発生基体を毛細管作用によって受容することと、
発熱体によって、その空孔内にエアロゾル発生基体を有するセラミック要素を加熱してベイパーを生成することと、を含む。
Claims (18)
- ベイパー発生システムであって、
エアロゾル発生基体を保持する貯蔵部と、
加熱組立品であって、
発熱体、および
空孔を備えるセラミック要素であって、前記セラミック要素の一方の側面が前記貯蔵部と流体連通し、これにより前記空孔が毛細管作用によって前記貯蔵部から前記エアロゾル発生基体を受容し、前記セラミック要素の反対側の側面が、前記発熱体と熱連通する、セラミック要素と、を備え、
前記加熱組立品の前記発熱体が、前記発熱体と前記エアロゾル発生基体との間の流体連通を抑止するように不透過性材料内に封入され、
前記発熱体が、その中に前記エアロゾル発生基体を有する前記セラミック要素を加熱してベイパーを生成するように構成される、ベイパー発生システム。 - 前記発熱体が抵抗発熱体を含む、請求項1に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記加熱組立品が、前記抵抗発熱体を実質的に包囲する前記不透過性材料を含み、かつ前記抵抗発熱体と前記エアロゾル発生基体との間の流体連通を抑止する、請求項2に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記不透過性材料がセラミックまたはガラスを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記不透過性材料が、前記セラミック要素と流体連通する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記不透過性材料が、前記セラミック要素に接触するか、または前記セラミック要素に結合される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記抵抗発熱体が金属を含む、請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記発熱体が、レーザー光を使用して前記セラミック要素を加熱するように構成されたレーザーを含む、請求項1に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記レーザー光が約1W~10Wの間の出力を有する、請求項7に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記レーザー光が、約450nm~650nmの波長を有する、請求項7または8のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記空孔が相互接続された空孔のネットワークを含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記セラミック要素が、Al2O3またはAlNを含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記セラミック要素が、約40%~60%の空隙率を有する、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記空孔が、約1μm~約2μmの平均径を有する、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記空孔が、前記セラミック要素内に画定される開口部を含む、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル発生基体がニコチンを含む、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- カートリッジおよび前記カートリッジに連結可能なマウスピースをさらに備え、前記カートリッジが、前記貯蔵部および前記加熱組立品のうちの少なくとも一つを備え、かつ随意に、空気吸込み口、空気出口、およびそれらの間に延びる気流通路を備えるハウジングをさらに備え、前記ベイパーが前記気流通路内でエアロゾルへと少なくとも部分的に凝縮する、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のベイパー発生システム。
- ベイパーを生成する方法であって、
貯蔵部によってエアロゾル発生基体を保持することと、
発熱体と前記エアロゾル発生基体との間の流体連通を抑止するように、不透過性材料内に前記発熱体を封入することと、
前記貯蔵部と流体連通し、かつ前記発熱体と熱連通するセラミック要素の空孔によって、前記エアロゾル発生基体を毛細管作用によって受容することと、
前記発熱体によって、その前記空孔内に前記エアロゾル発生基体を有する前記セラミック要素を加熱してベイパーを生成することと、を含む方法。
