Claims (15)
- 装着型デバイスであって、
前記装着型デバイスをユーザの体に固定するための装置と、
1つまたは複数の生体センサを含むセンサシステムであって、前記1つまたは複数の生体センサは、前記装着型デバイスが装着されているユーザの体の部分に対応する画像データを取得することが可能な超音波センサを含み、前記センサシステムは、ユーザの体から第1の生体データを取得することが可能であり、前記第1の生体データは、前記超音波センサによって取得される画像データを含み、前記画像データは、毛包画像データ、毛穴画像データ、皮膚乳頭画像データおよび皮下血管画像データからなるグループから選択される少なくとも1つのタイプの画像データを含む、センサシステムと、
ワイヤレスインターフェースシステムと、
物質送達システムと、
制御システムと
を備え、前記制御システムは、
前記センサシステムから前記第1の生体データを受信すること、
前記第1の生体データに基づいて、第1の生体認証情報を判断することであって、前記第1の生体認証情報は、前記第1の生体データの表現を含む、判断すること、
前記ワイヤレスインターフェースシステムを介して、前記第1の生体認証情報を第2のデバイスに提供すること、
前記ワイヤレスインターフェースシステムを介して、前記第2のデバイスから制御信号を受信すること、および
前記制御信号に従って前記センサシステム、前記物質送達システム、またはそれらの組み合わせを制御すること
が可能である、装着型デバイス。 - 前記制御システムは、
セキュアな処理およびメモリリソースを含み、
前記第1の生体認証情報を暗号化することが可能であるか、または
前記第2のデバイスから受信された前記制御信号を含む情報を解読することが可能である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記センサシステムは1つまたは複数の生理学的センサを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の生体データは、指紋データ、声データ、網膜データ、および前記ユーザの心臓の電気活性を示すデータからなるグループから選択される少なくとも1つのタイプのデータも含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記物質送達システムは、薬物送達システムまたはホルモン送達システムのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御システムは、
前記ユーザの体から第2の生体データを取得するように前記センサシステムを制御すること、
前記センサシステムから前記第2の生体データを受信すること、
前記第2の生体データに基づいて第2の生体認証情報を判断すること、および
前記ワイヤレスインターフェースシステムを介して、前記第2の生体認証情報を前記第2のデバイスに提供すること
がさらに可能である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第2の生体データと前記第1の生体データは異なるタイプの生体データを含む、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御システムは、
前記第1の生体認証情報または前記第2の生体認証情報のうちの少なくとも1つを、記憶されている生体情報と比較することによって、現在のユーザが認可ユーザであるかどうか判断すること、および
前記制御システムが、前記現在のユーザが前記認可ユーザであると判断した場合、前記記憶されている生体情報を、前記第1の生体認証情報または前記第2の生体認証情報のうちの少なくとも1つに関連付けること
がさらに可能である、請求項7に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第2の生体データと前記第1の生体データは、異なるときに取得された1つのタイプの生体データを含む、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御システムは、定期的に、またはイベントが発生すると、前記第2の生体データを取得するように、前記センサシステムを制御することがさらに可能である、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御システムは、
前記ワイヤレスインターフェースシステムを介して、前記ユーザが認証されているかどうかを示す、前記第2のデバイスからの認証指示を受信すること、および
前記認証指示に従って前記デバイスを制御すること
がさらに可能である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記制御システムは、前記ユーザが認証されていないことを前記認証指示が示す場合、前記デバイスの少なくとも1つの機能を防止または停止することが可能である、請求項11に記載のデバイス。
- 体に装着型デバイスが現在固定されているユーザから、前記装着型デバイスのセンサシステムを介して、第1の生体データを取得するステップであって、前記第1の生体データは、前記装着型デバイスの超音波センサによって取得される画像データを含み、前記画像データは、毛包画像データ、毛穴画像データ、皮膚乳頭画像データおよび皮下血管画像データからなるグループから選択される少なくとも1つのタイプの画像データを含む、ステップと、
前記装着型デバイスの制御システムによって、前記第1の生体データに基づいて、第1の生体認証情報を判断するステップと、
前記装着型デバイスのインターフェースシステムを介して、前記第1の生体認証情報を第2のデバイスに提供するステップと、
前記装着型デバイスの前記インターフェースシステムを介して、前記第2のデバイスから信号を受信するステップと、
前記装着型デバイスの前記制御システムによって、前記信号に従って前記装着型デバイスを制御するステップであって、前記装着型デバイスは物質送達システムを備える、制御するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記装着型デバイスを制御するステップは、前記ユーザの体から生理学的データを取得するステップを伴う、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記装着型デバイスを制御するステップは、前記ユーザが認証されていないことを前記信号が示す場合、前記装着型デバイスの少なくとも1つの機能を防止または停止するステップを伴う、請求項13に記載の方法。
