Claims (5)
- 少なくとも1つのファスナ・システム(50)によって互いに保持された、複合材料から形成された第1部分(10)及び第2部分(20)を含む集成体(100)であって、拡張端部(320)を有するシャンク(32)が延びる起点となる平頭(31)を有するリベット(30)と、該リベット(30)のシャンク(32)の拡張端部(320)と協働するワッシャ(40;90)とを含み、該リベット(30)の頭(31)が該第1部分(10)に形成された皿穴(12)に当接し、該ワッシャ(40;90)が該第2部分(20)に当接する、集成体(100)において、
前記ワッシャが、該第2部分(20)に当接する面とは反対側の面(43)に円錐形部分(430)を備えており、前記ワッシャ(40;90)がまた中心皿穴(410)を含んでいて、該中心皿穴(410)に、該リベット(30)のシャンク(32)の拡張端部(320)が当てつけられており、
前記ワッシャ(40;90)の円錐形の面(43)が流線形プロフィールを備え、空気力学的攪乱を低減し、
前記ワッシャ(90)が前記第2部分(70)に向いた面(92)に円錐形部分(920)を備えており、該円錐形部分が前記第2部分に形成された皿穴(72)に当接することを特徴とする、集成体。 - 前記リベット(30;80)及び前記ワッシャ(40;90)が、Inconel(登録商標)725又は718、Waspaloy(登録商標)、Haynes(登録商標)242(登録商標)及びA286ステンレス鋼の中の少なくとも1つから選択された材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の集成体。
- 前記第1部分(10;60)及び第2部分(20;70)がセラミック・マトリックス複合材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の集成体。
- 前記第1部分(10;60)及び第2部分(20;70)のそれぞれの厚さが3mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の集成体。
- 前記第1部分(10;60)及び第2部分(20;70)が航空エンジンの後部ボディの部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の集成体。
