Description
図6には、中央装置12により実行されるスケジュール設定機器稼動判定フローが例示されている。まず、電力集計部40はセンサ22類からセンサ単位の消費電力を取得する。さらに電力集計部40は、EMS単位の、つまり、電力管理システムの配下の電気機器20の消費電力の総和を算出する。加えてデマンド時限始点から時間が経過している場合は、デマンド時限始点からの消費電力(EMS単位)を積算して、これを積算消費電力実績値とする(S10)。
図6のフローチャートでは、稼動許可指令を与える電気機器20の選択に当たり、優先度を用いていたが、この形態に限らない。図7には第2の実施形態に係るスケジュール設定機器稼動判定フローが例示されている。なお、図7のステップのうち、図6と同一の符号を付したものはその機能が同一のため、適宜説明を省略する。
Claims (3)
- デマンド時限初期からの、配下の電気機器の消費電力を集計した積算消費電力実績値を求める集計部と、
前記積算消費電力実績値を求めた時点における積算消費電力目標値から、前記積算消費電力実績値を減算した余力を求める余力算出部と、
起動設定時刻、停止設定時刻、及びモデル消費電力が前記電気機器ごとに記憶されたスケジュール設定データベースと、
前記積算消費電力実績値を求めた時点が前記起動設定時刻から前記停止設定時刻までの間に含まれる前記電気機器の中から、前記モデル消費電力の総和が前記余力以下となるように前記電気機器を選択して稼働許可指令を出力する、機器制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする、電力管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電力管理システムであって、
前記スケジュール設定データベースには、前記電気機器の優先度が記憶され、
前記機器制御部は、前記積算消費電力実績値を求めた時点が前記起動設定時刻から前記停止設定時刻までの間に含まれる前記電気機器の中から、前記モデル消費電力の総和が前記余力以下となるように、前記優先度の高い順に前記電気機器を選択して前記稼働許可指令を出力することを特徴とする、電力管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電力管理システムであって、
前記機器制御部は、前記積算消費電力実績値を求めた時点が前記起動設定時刻から前記停止設定時刻までの間に含まれる前記電気機器の中から、前記モデル消費電力の総和が前記余力以下となるように、前記モデル消費電力の小さい順に前記電気機器を選択して前記稼働許可指令を出力することを特徴とする、電力管理システム。
