Claims (13)
- テーブルと、
前記テーブルを囲繞し前記テーブルとともに材料粉体を保持する粉体保持壁と、
直線運動を出力する直動装置と、前記直線運動を前記テーブルに伝達し前記テーブルを垂直1軸方向に移動させる案内装置と、を含むテーブル駆動機構と、
前記テーブルの下方に設けられ前記テーブルと前記粉体保持壁の間から落下した前記材料粉体を貯留するバケットと、
前記テーブルと前記バケット間の前記テーブル駆動機構を囲繞するカバーと、を備え、
前記直動装置は、前記垂直1軸方向に延びるねじ軸と、前記ねじ軸に螺合するナットと、前記ねじ軸を回転させるモータと、を有する送りねじであり、
前記案内装置は、前記ねじ軸が挿通され前記ナットが固定され前記テーブルに固定されたポストと、前記ポストが挿通されるブッシュと、前記ポストと前記ブッシュ間に配置される転動体を保持するリテーナと、を有するガイド装置であり、
前記ねじ軸および前記ナットと、前記ポストおよび前記ブッシュとは、前記垂直1軸方向に沿って配置される、積層造形装置。 - 前記テーブル上に所望の三次元造形物を所定厚で分割してなる複数の分割層毎に前記材料粉体が均一に撒布され材料粉体層が形成される、請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記テーブルの周縁に設けられ前記テーブルの移動時に前記粉体保持壁に摺動するシールをさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記バケットは、
前記テーブル駆動機構を囲繞する内側面と、
前記粉体保持壁に固定される外側面と、
前記内側面と前記外側面とを接続する底面と、を含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記バケットは、貯留した前記材料粉体が確認可能な透明窓を含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記バケットは、貯留した前記材料粉体の排出のために開閉または脱着可能な扉を含む、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カバー内と前記カバー外の雰囲気を均圧にする均圧機構をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項6に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記均圧機構は前記カバー内および前記カバー外の雰囲気が流通可能な貫通孔であり、
前記均圧機構に設けられ前記材料粉体の通過を防止するフィルタをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記均圧機構は、前記バケットに設けられる、請求項7または請求項8に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カバーは、上端が前記テーブルに固定され、下端が前記バケットに固定される、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カバーは、前記テーブルの移動に応じて伸縮可能である、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カバーは、蛇腹形状を有する、請求項11に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記カバー内に、前期テーブルの移動に応じて屈曲可能であり配線または配管を支持案内する収容部材が設けられる、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
