Claims (3)
- チャック装置であって、
軸方向の少なくとも一部が周方向に分割されるように形成されたチャックであって、前記軸方向の第1の側に位置する第1当接部と、該第1の側と反対の第2の側に位置する第2当接部と、を有し、棒状のワークを把持する円筒状のチャックと、
該チャックの外周側を覆う筒状の外筒であって、前記第1当接部に当接して該チャックの軸方向の移動を規制する規制部を前記第1の側に有する筒状の外筒と、
軸方向に移動可能に前記外筒の内周側に設けられたスリーブであって、軸方向に駆動されて前記第2当接部に当接する押圧部を前記第1の側に有するスリーブと、
を備え、
前記外筒の前記規制部には移動規制テーパ面が形成され、
前記スリーブの前記押圧部には押圧テーパ面が形成され、
前記チャックには、前記第1当接部に、前記第1の側の端に向かうほど外径が小径となる第1テーパ面が形成されるとともに、前記第2当接部に、前記第2の側の端に向かうほど外径が小径となる第2テーパ面が形成され、
前記第1テーパ面と前記チャックの中心軸線とがなす第1の角度は、前記第1のテーパ面と前記中心軸線とがなす第2の角度と同等であるか、または、前記第2の角度よりも小さく、
前記移動規制テーパ面と前記中心軸線とがなす角度と、前記押圧テーパ面と前記中心軸線とがなす角度と、前記第2テーパ面と前記中心軸線とがなす角度とは、同等であり、
前記第1テーパ面は、少なくとも二つのテーパ面部を有しており、
前記少なくとも二つのテーパ面部と前記チャックの中心軸線とがなす各々の角度は、互いに異なっており、
前記少なくとも二つのテーパ面部の各々は、前記移動規制テーパ面に当接する
チャック装置。 - 請求項1記載のチャック装置であって、
前記少なくとも二つのテーパ面部は、第1テーパ面部と、該第1テーパ面部よりも前記第2の側に位置する第2テーパ面部と、を備え、
前記第2テーパ面部と前記中心軸線とがなす角度は、前記第1テーパ面部と前記中心軸線とがなす角度よりも小さい
チャック装置。 - 請求項2記載のチャック装置であって、
前記第1テーパ面は、前記第1テーパ面部よりも前記第1の側に、第3テーパ面部を備え、
前記第3テーパ面部と前記中心軸線とがなす角度は、前記第1テーパ面部と前記中心軸線とがなす角度よりも大きい
