Claims (4)
- 熱電対又は測温抵抗体よりなる温度センサのエレメント線と延長用のリード線との接続方法であって、
互いに接続する前記エレメント線と前記リード線のうち、一方の線の接続側の端部をあらかじめ略L字状に屈曲させて所定長さの溶融用端部を形成する工程と、
該溶融用端部の根元部分となる屈曲部の他方の線を向いた対向面に、他方の線の端部を当接させ、双方の線を略同軸状になるように突き合せる工程と、
前記他方の線の端部が当接した状態で、前記溶融用端部の先端から根元部分に向けて該溶融用端部の軸方向にエネルギーを与える融接加工を行い、前記溶融用端部及びこれに当接している他方の線の端部を溶融させ、前記根元部分の位置で双方の線を略同軸状に溶接接合する工程と、
よりなる温度センサのエレメント線とリード線との接続方法。 - 前記エレメント線と前記リード線のうち、比較的熱容量が大きい方の線を前記一方の線とし、該一方の線に前記溶融用端部を形成する、請求項1記載の温度センサのエレメント線とリード線との接続方法。
- 前記融接加工がレーザ溶接加工である、請求項1又は2記載の温度センサのエレメント線とリード線との接続方法。
- 前記他の線の端部を前記溶融用端部の屈曲部の前記対向面に当接させる工程よりも前に、前記一方の線又は前記他方の線に筒状の絶縁チューブを通す工程を備えるとともに、前記溶接接合の工程の後に、前記絶縁チューブを溶接接合箇所に移動させて周囲に被せる工程を備える請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の温度センサのエレメント線とリード線との接続方法。
