Description
Claims (6)
- 肺挿入型のカテーテルガイド組立体であって、
近位端(86)に隣接する近位部(82)および遠位端(88)に隣接する遠位部(84)を含む拡張作業チャネル(80)であって、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)は、それを通じて器具の移動を可能にするように構成された内腔を有し、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)は、前記遠位部(84)上に形成される半径を画定し、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の遠位部(84)は、器具がそれを通じて移動する際に前記遠位部(84)の撓みを制限するのに十分なデュロメータ定格を有する材料で形成されている、拡張作業チャネル(80)と、
前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の近位端(86)に配置され、かつ前記拡張作業チャネル(80)に操作可能に接続され、それにより、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)が前進および回転することを可能にする制御ハンドル(90)と、および
前記拡張作業チャネル(80)を介して挿入可能でありかつ取り外し可能な位置特定可能ガイド(72)と、
を備え、
前記位置特定可能ガイド(72)が、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の遠位端(88)の内腔内に位置決め可能な少なくとも1つの位置特定可能ガイドセンサ(74)を備え、前記位置特定可能ガイドセンサ(74)が患者の管腔網内の前記位置特定可能ガイド(72)の位置を検出できるように構成され、
前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の近位部(82)は、第1のデュロメータ定格を含み、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の遠位部(84)は、第2のデュロメータ定格を含み、前記第1のデュロメータ定格は、前記第2のデュロメータ定格よりも大きく、
前記遠位端(88)は、前記第1のデュロメータ定格を含み、
前記第1のデュロメータ定格は、30Dから80Dまで及び、前記第2のデュロメータ定格は、30Dから63Dまで及ぶ、
カテーテルガイド組立体。 - 前記遠位部(84)は、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の全長の5パーセントから15パーセントまで及ぶ長さを含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルガイド組立体。
- 肺の管腔網内の標的にアクセスするためのシステムであって、前記システムは、

近位端(86)に隣接する近位部(82)および遠位端(88)に隣接する遠位部(84)を含む拡張作業チャネル(80)であって、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)は、その中にある器具の移動を可能にするように構成された内腔を有し、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)は、前記遠位部(84)上に形成される半径を画定し、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の遠位部(84)は、前記器具がそれを通じて通過する際に前記遠位部(84)の撓みを制限するのに十分なデュロメータ定格を有する材料で形成されている、拡張作業チャネル(80)と、
前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の近位端(86)に配置され、かつ前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の近位端(86)に操作可能に接続され、それにより、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)が前進および回転することを可能にする制御ハンドル(90)と、
前記拡張作業チャネル(80)を通じて挿入可能でありかつ取り外し可能な位置特定可能ガイド(72)と、
コンピュータに、入口点から標的組織までの管腔網を通る経路を決定させ、かつ前記経路に沿って複数の中間地点を割り当てさせるためのプログラムを格納する非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体と、
前記拡張作業チャネル(80)および前記位置特定可能ガイド(72)が、前記入口点から前記標的組織に向かって前記管腔網を通って移動する際に、決定された経路に対する前記位置特定可能ガイド(72)の向きを表示するように構成されたユーザインタフェースと、
を備え、
前記位置特定可能ガイド(72)が、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の遠位端(88)の内腔内に位置決め可能な少なくとも1つの位置特定可能ガイドセンサ(74)を備え、前記位置特定可能ガイドセンサ(74)が患者の管腔網内の前記位置特定可能ガイド(72)の位置を検出できるように構成され、
前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の近位部(82)は、第1のデュロメータ定格を含み、前記拡張作業チャネル(80)の遠位部(84)は、第2のデュロメータ定格を含み、前記第1のデュロメータ定格は、前記第2のデュロメータ定格よりも大きく、
前記遠位端(88)は、前記第1のデュロメータ定格を含み、
前記第1のデュロメータ定格は30Dから80Dまで及び、前記第2のデュロメータ定格は、30Dから63Dまで及ぶ、
システム。 - 前記手術器具(102、104、106、108)は、生検鉗子(102)、細胞採取ブラシ(104)、焼灼カテーテル(108)、および吸引用針(106)からなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
