Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが相互電気的に接続する電池セル積層体と、前記電池セル積層体を内蔵するモジュールケースと、を備える電池モジュールであって、
前記電池セルは、収納部が形成され、前記収納部の縁が封止されて構成されたパウチ型ケースと、前記パウチ型ケースの収納部に備えられる電極組立体と、一端が前記電極組立体に連結され、他端が前記パウチ型ケースの外部へ突出して形成された電極端子と、を含み、
前記パウチ型ケースは、前記電極端子が形成されていない縁の少なくとも一部が溶着して構成された羽部を備え、
前記羽部と前記収納部との間の空間における少なくとも一箇所に冷却部材を含み、
前記電池セル積層体において積層方向に隣接する電池セル同士が当接しており、
前記冷却部材が、前記羽部の幅よりも小さい幅を有し、
前記冷却部材が、前記収納部の外側の側面に接触している電池モジュール。 - 前記冷却部材が、熱伝導性接着剤によって前記電池セルの側面に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却部材が、上下方向に積層された二つの電池セルの収納部の側面全体に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却部材が、二つの傾斜面を備え、各傾斜面が上下方向に積層された二つの電池セルの収納部の側面に各々接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却部材が、一つの傾斜面を備え、一つの電池セルの収納部の側面に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルの少なくとも一部は、収納部の上面と下面とが相互接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記羽部が、前記冷却部材を囲むように上方または下方へ折り畳まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却部材の断面形状が、円形、楕円形または多角形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却部材が、前記羽部の少なくとも一部と接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却部材は、中空の管状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却部材は、前記電池セルの積層方向に平行する前記冷却部材の高さ方向において、前記冷却部材の両端部の少なくとも一方が前記電池セルの外側へ突出するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
