Claims (11)
- エンジンの無端駆動部材に張力をかけるためのテンショナであって、
静止部材に取付けられる基部と、
テンショナアーム軸を中心に枢動できるように前記基部に枢動可能に結合されたテンショナアームと、
前記テンショナアームに回転可能に取り付けられ、前記テンショナアーム軸から離間したプーリ軸の周りで回転するプーリと、
前記テンショナアームを前記無端駆動部材に付勢するように位置決めされたテンショナバネであって、前記バネは、円周方向を向いた第1のヘリカル端部及び円周方向を向いた第2のヘリカル端部を有し、前記第1のヘリカル端部は、前記基部の第1のバネ端部力伝達面に対して力を伝達するように位置決めされ、前記第2のヘリカル端部は、前記テンショナアームの第2のバネ端部力伝達面に対して力を伝達するように位置決めされたテンショナバネと、
前記テンショナバネを取り囲む関係に位置決めされた減衰部材であって、該減衰部材は、第1の端面と、該第1の端面から選択された角度間隔で離間した第2の端面とを有するバネ力調整部材を含み、前記減衰部材は、前記バネ力調整部材を含み概して剛性の第1の部分と、該第1の部分に隣接し前記第1の部分に可撓的に結合された少なくとも1つの第2の部分とを含む、減衰部材と、を備え、
前記バネ力調整部材は、前記第1及び第2のバネヘリカル端部の1つと、前記基部及び前記テンショナアームのうちの一方にある前記バネ端部力伝達面のうちの1つとの間に位置決めされ且つこれらに当接し、前記減衰部材の前記第2の部分は、前記第1及び第2のバネヘリカル端部の1つで前記テンショナバネの半径方向外面と当接し、前記減衰部材は、前記テンショナアームの前記基部に対する枢動時に、前記基部及び前記テンショナアームの他方と摩擦係合する、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 前記バネは、ヘリカルねじりバネである、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記選択された角度間隔は、約180度である、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記ヘリカルねじりバネは複数のバネコイルを含み、前記バネの前記第2のヘリカル端部に隣接する前記バネコイルの1つは、前記テンショナアームのバネ係合リップセグメントに係合し、使用時、端部力が、前記バネの前記第2の端部と前記バネ力調整部材の前記第1の端面との間に加わり、横力は、前記バネ係合リップセグメントと前記バネコイルの半径方向外面との間に加わり、前記端部力と概して反対方向となっている、
請求項2に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記テンショナアームは、ブッシュを介して前記静止部材に枢動可能に結合され、前記テンショナアームを支持するための、該テンショナアーム上の前記ブッシュからの反力は、前記ブッシュの軸方向のほぼ中央に位置している、
請求項4に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記バネ力調整部材は、前記第2のコイルバネ端部と前記テンショナアームの前記第2のバネ端部力伝達面との間に配置され、前記減衰部材は、前記テンショナアームの前記基部に対する枢動時、前記基部に摩擦係合する、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記第2の部分は可撓性である、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記バネは、前記減衰部材の前記第2の部分に係合し、前記テンショナアームの前記基部に対する枢動時、前記減衰部材の前記第2の部分を前記基部及び前記テンショナアームのうちの他方に摩擦係合させる、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - エンジンの無端駆動部材に張力をかけるためのテンショナであって、
静止部材に取付けられる基部と、
テンショナアーム軸の周りで枢動するように前記基部に枢動可能に結合されたテンショナアームと、
前記テンショナアームに回転可能に取り付けられ、前記テンショナアーム軸から離間したプーリ軸の周りで回転するプーリと、
前記テンショナアームを前記無端駆動部材に付勢するように位置決めされたテンショナバネであって、前記バネは、円周方向を向いた第1のヘリカル端部及び円周方向を向いた第2のヘリカル端部を有し、前記第1のヘリカル端部は、前記基部の第1のバネ端部力伝達面に対して力を伝達するように位置決めされ、前記第2のヘリカル端部は、前記テンショナアームの第2のバネ端部力伝達面に対して力を伝達するように位置決めされたテンショナバネと、
前記テンショナバネを取り囲む関係に配置された減衰部材であって、該減衰部材は、第1の端面と、該第1の端面から選択された角度間隔で離間した第2の端面とを有するバネ力調整部材を含む、減衰部材と、を備え、
前記バネ力調整部材は、前記第2のコイルバネ端部と前記テンショナアームの前記第2のバネ端部力伝達面との間に配置され且つこれらに当接し、前記減衰部材は、前記第2のバネヘリカル端部で前記テンショナバネの半径方向外面と当接し、前記減衰部材は、前記基部に対する前記テンショナアームの枢動時に、前記基部と摩擦係合し、
前記ヘリカルバネは複数のバネコイルを含み、前記バネの前記第2のヘリカル端部に隣接する前記バネコイルの1つは、前記テンショナアームのバネ係合リップセグメントに係合し、使用時、端部力は前記バネの前記第2の端部と前記バネ力調整部材の前記第1の端面との間に加わり、横力は前記バネ係合リップセグメントと前記バネコイルの半径方向外面との間に加わり前記端部力とほぼ反対方向となっており、
前記テンショナアームは、ブッシュを介して前記静止部材に枢動可能に結合され、前記テンショナアームを支持するための、該テンショナアーム上の前記ブッシュからの反力は、前記ブッシュの軸方向のほぼ中央に位置している、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 前記バネはヘリカルねじりバネである、
