Claims (9)
- 1〜数分子のグルコースがα-1,3-結合で環状デキストランに結合したα-1,3-分枝シクロデキストランからなるポリフェノールの可溶化剤。
- 前記ポリフェノールは、Pappが1×10-6以上かつlogPが0.5以上である請求項1に記載の可溶化剤。
- 前記ポリフェノールは、フラボン、フラボノール又はそれらの配糖体である請求項1に記載のポリフェノールの可溶化剤。
- 1〜数分子のグルコースがα-1,3-結合で環状デキストランに結合したα-1,3-分枝シクロデキストランのみの使用であって、
ポリフェノールの水に対する溶解度を高めるための使用。 - 前記ポリフェノールは、Pappが1×10-6以上かつlogPが0.5以上である請求項4に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリフェノールは、フラボン、フラボノール又はそれらの配糖体である請求項4に記載の使用。
- 1〜数分子のグルコースがα-1,3-結合で環状デキストランに結合したα-1,3-分枝シクロデキストランのみの使用であって、
ポリフェノールの細胞膜透過性を高めるための使用(但しヒトに対する治療への使用は除く)。 - 前記ポリフェノールは、Pappが1×10-6以上かつlogPが0.5以上である請求項7に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリフェノールは、フラボン、フラボノール又はそれらの配糖体である請求項7に記載の使用。
