Abstract
【解決手段】1〜数個のグルコースがα-1,6-結合した分枝を有するα-1,3-分枝シクロデキストランを有効成分とする。分枝するグルコースの重合度は9までであり、その中でも、特に1分子のグルコースがシクロデキストランにα-1,3-結合で枝分かれしたα-1,3-分枝シクロデキストランが好ましい。環状分枝マルトオリゴ糖の環状部分を構成するグルコース分子の数は3〜33であり、好ましくは6〜13、望ましくは7〜12であって、好ましい環状分枝マルトオリゴ糖を構成するグルコースの分子数は分子内総数で7〜14、望ましくは8〜13である。

Claims (12)
- 1〜数分子のグルコースがα-1,3-結合で環状デキストランに結合したα-1,3-分枝シクロデキストランからなるポリフェノールの可溶化剤。
- 分枝を有しない環状デキストランとの混合物からなる請求項1に記載の可溶化剤。
- 前記ポリフェノールは、Pappが1×10-6以上かつlogPが0.5以上である請求項1又は2に記載の可溶化剤。
- 前記ポリフェノールは、フラボン、フラボノール又はそれらの配糖体である請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のポリフェノールの可溶化剤。
- 1〜数分子のグルコースがα-1,3-結合で環状デキストランに結合したα-1,3-分枝シクロデキストランの使用であって、
ポリフェノールの水に対する溶解度を高めるための使用。 - さらに分枝を有しない環状デキストランを含む請求項5に記載の使用
- 前記ポリフェノールは、Pappが1×10-6以上かつlogPが0.5以上である請求項5又は6に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリフェノールは、フラボン、フラボノール又はそれらの配糖体である請求項5又は6に記載の使用。
- 1〜数分子のグルコースがα-1,3-結合で環状デキストランに結合したα-1,3-分枝シクロデキストランとポリフェノールを含む組成物。
- さらに分枝を有しない環状デキストランを含む請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリフェノールは、Pappが1×10-6以上かつlogPが0.5以上である請求項9又は10に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリフェノールは、フラボン、フラボノール又はそれらの配糖体である請求項9又は10に記載の組成物。
