Description
Claims (5)
- プロペラシャフトを回転駆動する船外機において、
前記プロペラシャフトのギアと前記ギアを切り替えるシフト部材とを備えるギアケースに着脱可能に収容される本体部と、
前記ギアケースに設けられて前記本体部と分離可能に嵌合する軸部とを具備し、
前記本体部は、
回転軸を前記プロペラシャフトと直交する上下方向に伸長させて配置される電動モータと、
前記軸部を前記電動モータの回転軸と連動回転させる歯車機構とを有し、
前記軸部は、
前記電動モータの回転軸と平行に伸長し、前記歯車機構を介して前記電動モータの回転軸と連動回転するネジ軸と、
前記ネジ軸に螺合して前記ネジ軸の回転に伴って上下動する可動ナットとを有し、
前記可動ナットは、前記シフト部材に連結される
ことを特徴とする船外機のシフトアクチュエータ。 - 前記歯車機構は、前記電動モータの回転軸および前記軸部と平行に伸長するアイドラ軸と、前記電動モータの回転軸に支持されるモータ回転軸歯車と、前記アイドラ軸に支持される第1アイドラ軸歯車および第2アイドラ軸歯車と、前記軸部に支持されるシフト用歯車とを具備し、
前記モータ回転軸歯車と前記第1アイドラ軸歯車が噛合するとともに、前記第2アイドラ軸歯車と前記シフト用歯車が噛合し、
前記モータ回転軸歯車は前記第1アイドラ軸歯車よりも歯数が少なく、前記第2アイドラ軸歯車は前記シフト用歯車よりも歯数が少ない
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船外機のシフトアクチュエータ。 - 前記本体部は、前記シフト部材の位置を前記軸部の回転状態で検知するセンサを有し、
前記センサは、前記軸部と連動回転する被検知部と、前記被検知部の回転状態を検知する素子部とを具備し、
前記歯車機構は、前記軸部を前記電動モータの回転軸と連動回転させるとともに、前記センサの被検知部を前記軸部と連動回転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船外機のシフトアクチュエータ。 - 前記歯車機構は、前記軸部に支持されるセンサ用歯車と、前記軸部と連動回転する第1中継歯車および第2中継歯車と、前記センサの被検知部を回転させる被検知部歯車とを具備し、
前記センサ用歯車と前記第1中継歯車が噛合するとともに、前記第2中継歯車と前記被検知部歯車が噛合し、
前記センサ用歯車は前記第1中継歯車よりも歯数が少なく、前記第2中継歯車は前記被検知部歯車よりも歯数が少ない
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の船外機のシフトアクチュエータ。 - 前記本体部は、前記軸部と分離可能に嵌合する筒状の嵌合部材を有し、
前記軸部は、前記ネジ軸を支持して前記嵌合部材と嵌合する支持軸を有し、
前記嵌合部材には、筒体の内周部にスプライン溝が形成され、
前記支持軸には、前記スプライン溝と嵌合可能なスプライン歯が外周部に形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船外機のシフトアクチュエータ。
