Claims (10)
- 高圧の液化天然ガスを通す高圧二重管接続部において、前記二重管(50)を別の要素に接続するためのフランジ(55)であって、
前記別の要素と係合するための近位側(61)と、前記二重管(50)に接続するための反対側の遠位側(62)とを有する径方向内側体(60)と、
前記近位側(61)と前記遠位側(62)とを接続する中央軸方向孔(63)と、
前記近位側(61)と前記遠位側(62)とを接続する少なくとも1つの非中央開口部(64)と、
径方向外側体(70)と、
前記径方向外側体(70)を貫通する軸方向延在開口部(71)と、
を備え、
前記近位側(61)には、前記別の要素の一致する球状面と、摺動可能に密封係合するための第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)が設けられ、
前記遠位側(62)には、前記軸方向孔(63)と同軸の第2の球面状密封/案内面(66)が設けられ、
前記径方向内側体(60)は、前記軸方向延在開口部(71)に少なくとも部分的に挿入され、
前記第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)は球面状であり、
前記第2の球面状密封/案内面(66)は球面状であり、
前記第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)は前記軸方向孔(63)と同軸であり、
前記径方向外側体の前記軸方向延在開口部(71)は前記第2の球面状密封/案内面(66)と一致し密封係合するような形状を有する第3の球面状密封/案内面(73)を形成し、
前記径方向内側体(60)の前記遠位側(62)には、第1の環状リム(68)と、前記第1の環状リム(68)と同軸の第2の環状リム(69)とが設けられ、前記第1の環状リムの直径は前記内管(80)の直径と一致し、前記第2の環状リムの直径は前記外管(90)の直径と一致し、
前記第1の環状リム及び前記第2の環状リムには傾斜した縁が設けられ、前記第1の環状リムは、前記第2の環状リムに比べて、前記近位側から離れる方向に突出する、
フランジ(55)。 - 高圧の液化天然ガスを通す高圧二重管接続部において、前記二重管(50)を別の要素に接続するためのフランジ(55)であって、
前記別の要素と係合するための近位側(61)と、前記二重管(50)に接続するための反対側の遠位側(62)とを有する径方向内側体(60)と、
前記近位側(61)と前記遠位側(62)とを接続する中央軸方向孔(63)と、
前記近位側(61)と前記遠位側(62)とを接続する少なくとも1つの非中央開口部(64)と、
径方向外側体(70)と、
前記径方向外側体(70)を貫通する軸方向延在開口部(71)と、
を備え、
前記近位側(61)には、前記別の要素の一致する球状面と、摺動可能に密封係合するための第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)が設けられ、
前記遠位側(62)には、前記軸方向孔(63)と同軸の第2の球面状密封/案内面(66)が設けられ、
前記径方向内側体(60)は、前記軸方向延在開口部(71)に少なくとも部分的に挿入され、
前記第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)は球面状であり、
前記第2の球面状密封/案内面(66)は球面状であり、
前記第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)は前記軸方向孔(63)と同軸であり、
前記径方向外側体の前記軸方向延在開口部(71)は前記第2の球面状密封/案内面(66)と一致し密封係合するような形状を有する第3の球面状密封/案内面(73)を形成し、
前記フランジは更に、第4の球面状密封/案内面(76)を有するインサート(75)を備え、前記第4の球面状密封/案内面(76)は、前記第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)と一致するような形状であって、前記第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)と密封結合するような形状を有し、
前記径方向内側体(60)と前記別の要素との間に前記インサート(75)が配され、前記第4の球面状密封/案内面(76)が前記第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)と密封結合した状態で、前記径方向外側体(70)が前記別の要素にボルト結合される、
フランジ(55)。 - 前記第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)をなす球面の中心は、前記第2および第3の球面状密封/案内面(66、73)をなす球面の中心と一致する、請求項1又は2に記載のフランジ(55)。
- 前記第2の球面状密封/案内面(66)は凹状であり、前記第3の球面状密封/案内面(73)は凸状である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
- 前記第2の球面状密封/案内面(66)は凸状であり、前記第3の球面状密封/案内面(73)は凹状である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
- 前記第1の球面状密封/案内面(65)は凸状または凹状である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
- 前記二重管(50)は内管(80)と外管(90)とを備える、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
- 前記中央孔(63)は前記内管(80)の管腔に接続される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
- 請求項2から7のいずれかの請求項であって、請求項1に従属しない請求項に記載のフランジ(55)であって、
前記径方向内側体(60)の前記遠位側(62)には、第1の環状リム(68)と、前記第1の環状リム(68)と同軸の第2の環状リム(69)とが設けられ、前記第1の環状リムの直径は前記内管(80)の直径と一致し、前記第2の環状リムの直径は前記外管(90)の直径と一致する、フランジ(55)。
- 前記径方向内側体(60)には、前記近位側(61)と前記遠位側(62)とを接続する複数の非中央開口部(64)が設けられる、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
