前記遠位側(62)には、前記軸方向孔(63)と同軸の第2の球状密封/案内面(66)が設けられ、
前記径方向内側体(60)は、前記軸方向延在開口部(71)に少なくとも部分的に挿入され、
前記第1の球状密封/案内面(65)は球状であり、
前記第2の球状密封/案内面(66)は球状であり、

- 前記第2の球状密封/案内面(66)は凸状であり、前記第3の球状密封/案内面(73)は凹状である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
- 前記第1の球状密封/案内面(65)は凸状または凹状である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
- 前記二重管(50)は内管(80)と外管(90)とを備える、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
- 前記中央孔(63)は前記内管(80)の管腔に接続される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
- 前記径方向内側体(60)の前記遠位側(62)には、第1の環状リム(67)と、前記第1の環状リム(67)と同軸の第2の環状リム(68)とが設けられ、前記第1の環状リムの直径は前記内管(80)の直径と一致し、前記第2の環状リムの直径は前記外管(90)の直径と一致する、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
- 前記径方向内側体(60)には、前記近位側(61)と前記遠位側(62)とを接続する複数の非中央開口部(64)が設けられる、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のフランジ(55)。
