Description
1)LNGを高圧ポンプでポンピングして気化させるステップ;及び
2)ポンピング及び気化されたLNGを前記船舶用エンジンに供給するステップを備え、
前記ステップ1)の工程が行われるシステム運転領域の設定圧力を前記ステップ2)の工程が行われる供給運転領域の設定圧力より高く設定して運転し、前記システム運転領域と前記供給運転領域の圧力を分離して各々制御するものにおいて、
前記システム運転領域の圧力は、ポンピング及び気化されたLNGの圧力値を検知して、高圧ポンプの速度を制御するか又はポンピングされたLNGを貯蔵タンク若しくは前記高圧ポンプの上流に回収して制御し、前記供給運転領域の圧力は、前記船舶用エンジンに導入されるポンピング及び気化されたLNGの圧力を検知して、前記設定圧力より高くなったときに前記船舶用エンジンへの導入を遮断し、気化されたLNGを供給運転領域の外部に排出して制御することを特徴とする、船舶用エンジンの燃料供給制御方法が提供される。
Claims (4)
- LNGをポンプでポンピングして気化させるシステム運転領域;及び前記システム運転領域でポンピング及び気化されたLNGが供給され、LNGを前記船舶用エンジンに供給する供給運転領域を備え、前記システム運転領域の設定圧力が前記供給運転領域の設定圧力より高く設定され、前記システム運転領域と前記供給運転領域の圧力を分離して各々制御する、船舶用エンジンに供給される燃料の制御システムにおいて、
前記システム運転領域は、
LNGをポンピングする高圧ポンプ;
前記高圧ポンプでポンピングされたLNGを気化させる気化器;
前記高圧ポンプの下流から前記気化器に導入されるポンピングされたLNGを、貯蔵タンク又は前記高圧ポンプの上流に回収するリターンライン;
前記リターンラインに設けられる再循環バルブ;
前記気化器の下流における前記システム運転領域の圧力を検知する第1圧力検知部;
前記第1圧力検知部で検知された圧力値が送信され、前記システム運転領域の設定圧力に応じて前記再循環バルブの開度及び前記高圧ポンプの速度を制御して前記システム運転領域の圧力を制御する第1制御部を含み、
前記供給運転領域は、
前記気化器で気化されたLNGを前記船舶用エンジンに供給する供給ライン;
前記供給ラインに設けられる主ガスバルブ;及び
前記主ガスバルブの上流で前記供給ラインから分岐されたベントラインを備え、
前記供給運転領域の設定圧力より前記供給ライン内の圧力が高くなったときに、前記主ガスバルブを遮断し、気化された前記LNGを前記ベントラインに排出し、
前記制御システムは、
前記気化器において前記LNGを気化させるための熱媒体が循環する熱媒体循環ライン;
前記熱媒体循環ラインに設けられ、前記気化器に導入される前記熱媒体をポンピングする熱媒体ポンプ;及び
前記熱媒体ポンプの下流で前記熱媒体を加熱する熱媒体ヒータをさらに備えることを特徴とする、船舶用エンジンの燃料供給制御システム。 - 前記供給運転領域は、
前記ベントラインに設けられる圧力調節バルブ;
前記主ガスバルブの下流における前記供給運転領域の圧力を検知する第2圧力検知部;及び
前記第2圧力検知部で検知された圧力値が送信され、前記供給運転領域の設定圧力に応じて前記主ガスバルブと圧力調節バルブの開閉を制御し、前記供給運転領域の圧力を制御する第2制御部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の船舶用エンジンの燃料供給制御システム。 - 前記気化器の下流に設けられる第1遮断バルブ;及び
前記供給ラインから前記ベントラインが分岐するポイントの上流に設けられる第2遮断バルブをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料供給制御システム。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料供給制御システムにおける船舶用エンジンに供給される燃料を制御する方法であって、
1)LNGを高圧ポンプでポンピングして気化させるステップ;及び
2)ポンピング及び気化されたLNGを前記船舶用エンジンに供給するステップを備え、
前記ステップ1)の工程が行われるシステム運転領域の設定圧力を前記ステップ2)の工程が行われる供給運転領域の設定圧力より高く設定して運転し、前記システム運転領域と前記供給運転領域の圧力を分離して各々制御するものにおいて、
前記システム運転領域の圧力は、ポンピング及び気化されたLNGの圧力値を検知して、高圧ポンプの速度を制御するか又はポンピングされたLNGを貯蔵タンク若しくは前記高圧ポンプの上流に回収して制御し、
前記供給運転領域の圧力は、前記船舶用エンジンに導入されるポンピング及び気化されたLNGの圧力を検知して、前記設定圧力より高くなったときに前記船舶用エンジンへの導入を遮断し、気化されたLNGを供給運転領域の外部に排出して制御することを特徴とする、船舶用エンジンの燃料供給制御方法。
