Claims (15)
- ハプティック効果を生成するコンピュータ実装方法であって、
パラメータを受け付けるステップと、
入力波形を受け付けるステップと、
前記パラメータに基づいて前記入力波形を複数の波形に分割するステップと、
100ミリ秒又はそれより小さい時間を有する複数のグレインを生成するために前記複数の波形を複数の包絡線と合成するステップであって、各包絡線は、包絡線タイプ、持続期間パラメータ及び振幅パラメータを含み、前記複数の波形の各々は、前記複数のグレインを生成するために、前記複数の包絡線のうちの対応する1つと合成される、ステップと、
クラウドを生成するために前記複数のグレインを合成するステップであって、前記クラウドは、前記複数のグレインの各々の表現を含む、ステップと、
前記クラウドに基づいて前記ハプティック効果を生成するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記複数の波形は、静的データ及び動的データの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記包絡線タイプの周波数成分は、前記持続期間パラメータ及び前記振幅パラメータに基づく、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記包絡線タイプは、サイン又は飽和サインを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

ハプティック変換モジュールを記憶するように構成されるメモリと、
前記メモリに記憶された前記ハプティック変換モジュールを実行するように構成されるプロセッサと、を備え、
前記プロセッサは、
パラメータを受け付け、
入力波形を受け付け、
前記パラメータに基づいて前記入力波形を複数の波形に分割し、
100ミリ秒又はそれより小さい時間を有する複数のグレインを生成するために前記複数の波形を複数の包絡線と合成し、各包絡線が、包絡線タイプ、持続期間パラメータ及び振幅パラメータを含み、前記複数の波形の各々が、前記複数のグレインを生成するために、前記複数の包絡線のうちの対応する1つと合成され、
クラウドを生成するために前記複数のグレインを合成し、前記クラウドは、前記複数のグレインの各々の表現を含み、
前記クラウドに基づいて前記ハプティック効果を生成する
ように構成される、
