Claims (12)
- コーティング材料を含有しているスプレー噴流(14)を、スプレー方向Sに噴霧するためのスプレーノズル装置であって、前記スプレーノズル装置は、スプレー方向Sにおいて前記スプレーノズル装置(15)の向かい側にあり、かつ、スプレー方向Sを横切る方向に配置されているパネルの表面をコーティングし、
前記スプレーノズル装置は、
・スプレーノズル(1)と、
・少なくとも2つの制御ノズル(3、4)と、
を有しており、
前記スプレーノズル(1)は、自身のスプレーノズル出力部(2)から前記スプレー噴流(14)を噴霧し、
前記少なくとも2つの制御ノズル(3、4)は、前記スプレー方向Sを横切る方向で前記スプレー噴流(14)に配向可能なまたは配向されている制御ノズル出力部(5、6)をそれぞれ1つ有しており、前記制御ノズル出力部(5、6)から出る制御流(12、13)をコーティングされるべき前記パネルと前記スプレーノズル(1)との間の相対運動を横切る方向から前記スプレー噴流(14)に当てて、前記スプレー噴流(14)の向きを変えるスプレーノズル装置において、
複数の制御流(12、13)を制御する、別個に制御される複数の制御信号(9、10)を有する制御装置(11)が設けられており、前記制御信号(9、10)の周波数は、0〜500Hz(但し0は除く)の範囲にあり、
前記スプレーノズル(1)は、少なくとも、コーティングされるべき前記パネルと前記スプレーノズル(1)との間の相対運動を横切る前記方向において、本発明の設備に対して動かないように構成されている、
ことを特徴とするスプレーノズル装置。 - 前記スプレーノズル(1)は、回転不可能であるように構成されている、
請求項1記載のスプレーノズル装置。 - 殊にソフトウェアによってサポートされている前記制御装置(11)は、前記複数の制御ノズル(3、4)から出る、気体の複数の制御流(12)を制御するように構成されている、
請求項1または2記載のスプレーノズル装置。 - 前記複数の制御信号(9、10)は、殊に、位相シフトを有する関数として、有利には少なくとも大部分、より有利には完全に、弱め合い干渉を伴う位相シフトを有する関数として、殊に経験に基づいて求められたまたは理論的に規定された関数として構成されている、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のスプレーノズル装置。 - 前記複数の制御ノズル(3、4)は、前記複数の制御信号によって切り替え可能な、機械的および/または流体力学的な部品を有しており、前記部品は、前記複数の制御流(12、13)の流れ特性に影響を与える、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のスプレーノズル装置。 - 前記スプレーノズル(1)は、超音波霧化器および/またはベンチュリノズルを含んでいる、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のスプレーノズル装置。 - 前記複数の制御流(12、13)は、前記スプレー方向Sに対して30°〜150°、殊に45°〜135°、有利には60°〜120°の角度Wで前記スプレー噴流(14)に配向されている、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のスプレーノズル装置。 - パネル表面をコーティングするための設備であって、前記設備は、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の、1つの、殊に唯一のスプレーノズル装置(15)を備えており、
前記設備は、前記スプレー方向Sを横切る方向で、前記パネルと前記スプレーノズル装置(15)との間に相対運動を生じさせる手段を有している、
ことを特徴とする設備。 - 前記パネルの並進運動によって前記相対運動を生じさせる、
請求項8記載の設備。 - スプレーノズル装置(15)の向かい側にあり、かつ、スプレー方向Sを横切る方向に配置されているパネルの表面を、スプレー方向Sの、ラッカーであるコーティング材料を含有しているスプレー噴流(14)を用いてスプレー塗装するおよびコーティングするための方法であって、
前記スプレー方向Sを横切る方向で前記スプレー噴流(14)に配向されている少なくとも2つの制御流(12、13)をコーティングされるべき前記パネルと前記スプレーノズル(1)との間の相対運動を横切る方向から前記スプレー噴流(14)に当てて、前記スプレー噴流(14)の向きを変える方法において、
複数の制御流(12、13)の制御を別個に、制御装置によって制御される、それぞれ1つの制御信号(9、10)によって行い、
前記制御信号(9、10)の周波数は、0〜500Hz(但し0は除く)の範囲にあり、
前記スプレーノズル装置(15)のスプレーノズル(1)は、少なくとも、コーティングされるべき前記パネルと前記スプレーノズル(1)との間の相対運動を横切る前記方向において、本発明の設備に対して動かないように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記表面をコーティングする間、前記パネルを、殊に並進運動で、前記スプレー噴流(14)に対して相対的に動かす、
請求項10記載の方法。 - 前記スプレー噴流の向きを交互に、異なる方向に、殊に前記スプレー方向Sと鏡映関係にある複数の方向に変える、
請求項10または11記載の方法。
