Claims (11)
- タイヤの変形を駆動力に変換する駆動部と、
前記駆動部によって変換された駆動力を用いて発電する発電部とを含み、
前記駆動部は、タイヤに結合してタイヤの変形に連動するスパイクと、前記スパイクの運動を下記回転部に伝達するロード伝達部と、前記ロード伝達部を介して伝達される前記スパイクの運動に連動して回転し、前記発電部に駆動力を伝達する回転部とを含み、タイヤの圧縮後の膨張に伴う変形のみを駆動力に変換することを特徴とする、タイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。 - 前記回転部は、前記スパイクの運動に連動して回転する回転ギアが、タイヤの圧縮に連動するスパイクの運動に対しては回転せず、タイヤの膨張に連動するスパイクの運動に対してのみ回転しながら駆動力を前記発電部に伝達することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。
- 前記回転部は、前記ロード伝達部の一端に結合し、ロード伝達部に連動して両方向回転するロード連動回動部と、前記ロード連動回動部に結合して回転する前記回転ギアとを含み、
前記回転ギアは、前記ロード連動回動部に連動して回転する第1回転ギアと、前記第1回転ギアの回転力の伝達を受けて回転する第2回転ギアとを含み、
前記第1回転ギアは、タイヤの圧縮に連動するロード伝達部の運動によるロード連動回動部の回転時には前記第2回転ギアを回転させず、タイヤの膨張に連動するロード伝達部の運動によるロード連動回動部の回転時には前記第2回転ギアと一緒に回転することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。 - 前記第1回転ギアと前記第2回転ギアとの結合部位にはワンウェイベアリングが含まれ、前記第1回転ギアの一方向の回転時には前記第2回転ギアが回転しないが、前記第1回転ギアの他方向の回転時には前記第2回転ギアも一緒に回転することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。
- 前記ロード伝達部は、ワイヤー形態であって、一端が前記ロード連動回動部の一側に固定された状態で前記スパイクを通って他端が再び前記ロード連動回動部の他側に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。
- 前記スパイクは、前記スパイクを通る前記ロード伝達部のワイヤーが容易に方向転換しながら、これを基点にタイヤ膨張の際にスパイクによってワイヤーが引っ張られるようにするワイヤー支持部を含み、
前記ロード連動回動部は、中央のギア部を中心として両側にそれぞれ前記ロード伝達部のワイヤーの一端と他端が巻き取られて固定される第1巻取部及び第2巻取部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。 - 前記第1巻取部は、前記ロード伝達部のワイヤーが固定された一端から第1方向に巻き取られ、
前記第2巻取部は、前記ロード伝達部のワイヤーが固定された他端から前記第1方向と同じ方向に巻き取られるので、
タイヤ圧縮の際に前記ロード連動回動部が常に同じ方向に回転しながら前記ロード伝達部のワイヤーを巻き取って、ロード伝達部のワイヤーがぴんと張った状態で前記スパイクとロード連動回動部との間隔が狭くなることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。 - 前記ロード連動回動部は、タイヤ圧縮の際に前記ロード連動回動部が一方向に回転しながら前記ロード伝達部のワイヤーを巻き取ることができるように回転力を提供する弾性手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のタイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。
- 前記弾性手段は、タイヤ膨張の際に前記ロード伝達部のワイヤーが前記ロード連動回動部を他方向に回転させる過程で圧縮され、タイヤ圧縮の際には再び復元される弾性力を用いて、前記ロード連動回動部を一方向に回転させることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のタイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。
- 前記第1巻取部と前記第2巻取部は、前記スパイクと前記ロード連動回動部とが近接する場合にも前記ロード伝達部のワイヤーを巻き取ることができるように形成され、タイヤがパンクする状況でもスパイク、回転部または発電部の損傷を防止することができることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のタイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。
- 前記第1回転ギアと前記第2回転ギアは、同じ回転軸上に配列され、前記ロード連動回動部に連動して回転する前記第1回転ギアの直径よりも、前記第1回転ギアの回転力の伝達を受けて回転しながら前記発電部に駆動力を伝達する前記第2回転ギアの直径を大きくして、前記第2回転ギアの回転速度を増速させることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタイヤの変形を利用した発電システム。
