Abstract
Description
同芯状の異なる軸芯周りに回転する複数の回転翼を有する撹拌装置であって、
撹拌対象物が投入される撹拌槽を備え、
前記複数の回転翼は、一方の回転軸の先端から前記撹拌槽の底部に向けて傾斜姿勢で設けられ、前記撹拌対象物を掻き揚げるパドル翼と、
前記パドル翼の外周側で回転方向に内向き傾斜姿勢で前記撹拌槽の内壁に沿って起立するとともに、平面を有する起立翼と、
他方の回転軸に軸支され、前記起立翼の内側で回転する平面を有する回転翼と、を備え、
少なくとも前記起立翼を回転させたとき、当該起立翼の平面のエッジと前記回転翼の平面のエッジが近接してすれ違うように構成されている
ことを特徴とする。
前記傾斜翼は、前記門型の回転翼内で回転するように構成することが好ましい。
前記パドル翼は、その底縁を前記底部の底面に近接するように構成することが好ましい。

Claims (5)
- 同芯状の異なる軸芯周りに回転する複数の回転翼を有する撹拌装置であって、
撹拌対象物が投入される撹拌槽を備え、
前記複数の回転翼は、一方の回転軸の先端から前記撹拌槽の底部に向けて傾斜姿勢で設けられ、前記撹拌対象物を掻き揚げるパドル翼と、
前記パドル翼の外周側で回転方向に内向き傾斜姿勢で前記撹拌槽の内壁に沿って起立するとともに、平面を有する起立翼と、
他方の回転軸に軸支され、前記起立翼の内側で回転する平面を有する回転翼と、を備え、
少なくとも前記起立翼を回転させたとき、当該起立翼の平面のエッジと前記回転翼の平面のエッジが近接してすれ違うように構成されている
ことを特徴とする撹拌装置。 - 前記回転翼は、長手方向の中心軸を中心に回転可能に構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌装置。 - 前記パドル翼と同軸に傾斜翼を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の撹拌装置。 - 前記起立翼の内側で回転する前記回転翼は、門型の回転翼であり、
前記傾斜翼は、前記門型の回転翼内で回転するように構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の撹拌装置。 - 前記撹拌槽は、円筒状の胴部と先細りテーパ状の底部とからなり、
前記パドル翼は、その底縁を前記底部の底面に近接するように構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の撹拌装置。
