Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結構造の概略構成を一部断面で示したものである。連結構造は、繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材1のテーパ状に形成された連結部分である端部開口部の外周面に密着して取り付けられた補強部材4と、連結部分の内周面に密着するとともに補強部材4に対向配置して取り付けられた係止部材2と、補強部材4及び係止部材2を貫通して被連結部材8に連結固定されるとともに構造部材1の連結部分を補強部材4及び係止部材2により挟着状態に設定する連結固定部材3とを備えている。
また、構造部材1の連結部分は、テーパ状に形成することで、後述するように、連結固定部材3により補強部材4及び係止部材2を挟着させしっかりと取り付けることができる。この場合、挟着とは、補強部材4及び係止部材2が連結部分に圧着して挟持している状態を意味しており、係止部材2は連結部分にずれないように圧着していれば、連結部分に接着していても接着していなくてもかまわない。
連結部分となる筒状の狭窄部1aをテーパ状に形成する場合、連結部分を軸方向に沿って部分的に切り欠いて残った短冊状部分を内側に窄めるように傾斜させてテーパ状に形成することができる。こうしたやり方以外にも、連結部分の一部を内側に湾曲させることによって先端部分を内側に窄め、テーパ状に形成するといった手法が考えられる。
図6は、本発明の実施形態2に係わる繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結構造の概略構成を一部断面で示した側面図である。繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材1および補強部材4については実施形態1と同じであり、係止部材9も実施形態1の係止部材2と概ね同様であるが、係止部材9では貫通孔に代えて連結金具10のねじ部に螺合するねじ孔9aが設けられている。

Claims (14)
- 繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材のテーパ状に形成された連結部分の外周面に密着して取り付けられた補強部材と、前記連結部分の内周面に密着するとともに前記補強部材に対向配置して取り付けられた係止部材と、前記補強部材及び前記係止部材を貫通して被連結部材に連結固定されるとともに前記連結部分を前記補強部材及び前記係止部材により挟着状態に設定する連結固定部材とを備えている繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結構造。
- 側部に回り止めが設けられた前記連結固定部材と、該連結固定部材の回転のみを拘束し軸方向には摺動可能な状態で前記連結固定部材を貫通させて前記繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の端部と前記被連結部材の間に取り付けられるスペーサーとを備え、前記スペーサーの回転によって前記連結固定部材を前記被連結部材のねじ孔に螺合させて連結することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結構造。
- 側部にキー溝が設けられた前記連結固定部材と、側部にねじ孔が設けられ前記繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の端部と前記被連結部材の間に前記連結固定部材を貫通させて取り付けられるスペーサーと、先端を前記連結固定部材のキー溝に嵌入させて前記スペーサーのねじ孔に螺合する止めねじとを備え、前記止めねじは前記スペーサーに対する前記連結固定部材の回転のみを拘束し軸方向には摺動可能な状態で前記連結固定部材のキー溝に嵌入されており、前記スペーサーの回転によって前記連結固定部材を前記被連結部材のねじ孔に螺合させて連結することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結構造。
- 前記係止部材と前記連結固定部材が一体をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結構造。
- 繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材のテーパ状に形成された連結部分の外周面に密着して取り付けられた補強部材と、前記連結部分の内周面に密着するとともに前記補強部材に対向配置して取り付けられた係止部材と、係止部材と螺合して被連結部材に連結固定される連結金具と、該連結金具に螺合するとともに前記連結部分を前記補強部材及び前記係止部材により挟着状態に設定する雌ねじ部材とを備えている繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結構造。
- 前記連結部分が少なくとも1箇所の端部の切込みを伴って成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結構造。
- 前記繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材が、長繊維で強化されたプラスチック材料から成ること特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結構造。
- 前記補強部材が、前記連結部分の外周面に樹脂を含浸させた繊維束を巻き付けることによって成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結構造。
- 繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結部分の内周面に係止部材を密着して取り付けた連結構造の連結部分の加工方法であって、前記連結部分を加熱して軟化させる加熱工程と、加熱工程により軟化した状態の前記連結部分の外周面に成形型を当接させて変形させる変形工程と、変形工程により変形した前記連結部分の内周面に係止部材を圧着させて前記成形型との間に前記連結部分を挟持することで連結部分をテーパ状に成形する成形工程とを備える繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結部分の加工方法。
- 前記変形工程において、前記加熱工程により軟化した状態の前記連結部分の外周面に前記補強部材の内周面を当接させて変形させることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結部分の加工方法。
- 前記パイプの端面に少なくとも1箇所の切込みを設ける切り込み工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結部分の加工方法。
- 前記加熱工程における加熱手段が誘導加熱であることを特徴とする請求項9から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結部分の加工方法。
- 前記繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材のマトリックス樹脂が熱硬化性プラスチックであって、かつ、前記変形工程前において前記マトリックス樹脂が完全には熱硬化していないことを特徴とする請求項9から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結部分の加工方法。
- 前記加熱工程における加熱温度が前記マトリックス樹脂のガラス転移温度以上であることを特徴とする請求項9から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック製構造部材の連結部分の加工方法。
