Description
Claims (6)
- 排気ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)であって、
流入開口部(3)および流出開口部(4)を有するハウジング(2)と、
前記ハウジング(2)内に配置され、外郭(7)を有する第1のハニカム構造体(5)と、
を備え、前記外郭(7)は、前記ハウジング(2)内で、排気ガスが通流可能な外面(8)を有しており、
さらに添加装置(9)を備え、該添加装置(9)によって、排気ガス浄化用添加剤を前記外郭(7)の前記外面(8)に添加可能であり、
前記外郭(7)の前記外面(8)と、前記ハウジング(2)との間に、少なくとも1つのバイパス流路(6)が構成されており、該少なくとも1つのバイパス流路(6)により、前記流入開口部(3)から前記流出開口部(4)に通流する排気ガス流(17)の排気ガス部分流(10)が、前記第1のハニカム構造体(5)をバイパス可能であり、前記添加装置(9)は、前記バイパス流路(6)に配置されており、これによって、前記排気ガス浄化用添加剤を前記バイパス流路(6)内へ添加可能であり、
前記バイパス流路(6)内において、排気ガス通流方向で見て、前記添加装置(9)の手前に、前記バイパス流路(6)を通って流れる前記排気ガス部分流(10)が通流する第2のハニカム構造体(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする、排気ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)。 - 前記バイパス流路(6)内において、排気ガス通流方向で見て、前記添加装置(9)の手前に、前記バイパス流路を通って流れる前記排気ガス部分流(10)を加熱可能であるヒータ(15)が配置されている、請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)。
- 前記添加装置(9)によって添加される前記排気ガス浄化用添加剤が当接する、前記外郭(7)の前記外面(8)の当接領域(13)に、前記外郭(7)の前記外面(8)を加熱可能な表面ヒータ(14)が配置されている、請求項1または2記載の排気ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)。
- 排気ガス通流方向で見て、前記バイパス流路(6)および前記第1のハニカム構造体(5)の手前に、前記排気ガス流(17)の、前記バイパス流路(6)を通って流れる前記排気ガス部分流(10)も、前記第1のハニカム構造体(5)を通って流れる排気ガス主流(16)も加熱可能であるヒータ(15)が配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の排気ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)。
- 排気ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)であって、
流入開口部(3)および流出開口部(4)を有するハウジング(2)と、
前記ハウジング(2)内に配置され、外郭(7)を有する第1のハニカム構造体(5)と、
を備え、前記外郭(7)は、前記ハウジング(2)内で、排気ガスが通流可能な外面(8)を有しており、
さらに添加装置(9)を備え、該添加装置(9)によって、排気ガス浄化用添加剤を前記外郭(7)の前記外面(8)に添加可能であり、
前記第1のハニカム構造体(5)は、前記流入開口部(3)を通って、当該排気ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)内に流入する排気ガス流(17)が、前記第1のハニカム構造体(5)を完全に通過するように配置されており、さらに前記排気ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)は、少なくとも1つの偏向装置(18)を備えており、該偏向装置(18)によって、前記第1のハニカム構造体(5)から流出する前記排気ガス流(17)は、前記外郭(7)の前記外面(8)上を通流するように偏向され、
前記少なくとも1つの偏向装置(18)において、少なくとも1つのバイパス流路(6)が構成されており、該少なくとも1つのバイパス流路(6)によって、前記第1のハニカム構造体(5)から流出する前記排気ガス流(17)の排気ガス部分流(10)が、前記外郭(7)の前記外面(8)上を通流することなく、前記ハウジング(2)の流出開口部(4)に通流可能であることを特徴とする、排気ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)。 - 内燃機関(20)と、該内燃機関(20)の排気ガスを浄化するための排気ガス処理装置(21)とを備え、該排気ガス処理装置(21)は、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の排気ガス浄化コンポーネント(1)を有していることを特徴とする、自動車(22)。
