Claims (4)
- 車両に乗車した乗員の体表面に対して電波を送信して、その反射波を受信する電波送受信部と、
前記乗員の生体情報を検出するための補正値を設定する補正値設定部と、
前記電波送受信部が前記電波を送信して前記反射波を受信した結果と、前記補正値設定部により設定された前記補正値とに基づいて、前記乗員の生体情報を検出する生体情報検出部と、を備えた生体情報検出装置において、
乗り込み可能に前記車両が開放されたことを検出する車両開放検出部と、
前記車両に前記乗員が乗り込んだことを検出する乗り込み検出部と、をさらに備え、
前記車両開放検出部による前記車両の開放の検出後で、かつ、前記乗り込み検出部による前記乗員の乗り込みの検出前に、
前記補正値設定部は、前記電波送受信部が前記電波を送信して前記反射波を受信した結果に基づいて、前記補正値を設定し、
前記乗り込み検出部による前記乗員の乗り込みの検出後に、
前記生体情報検出部は、前記電波送受信部が前記電波を送信して前記反射波を受信した結果と、前記補正値とに基づいて、前記生体情報を検出する、ことを特徴とする生体情報検出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の生体情報検出装置において、
前記車両開放検出部は、
前記車両の外からドアが解錠されたことまたは開かれたことを検出すると、前記車両が開放されたと判断する、ことを特徴とする生体情報検出装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の生体情報検出装置において、
前記乗り込み検出部は、前記車両の所定席への着座、シートベルトの装着、手動操作部の操作、または走行駆動源の起動のうち、少なくとも1つを検出すると、前記乗員の乗り込みがあったと判断する、ことを特徴とする生体情報検出装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の生体情報検出装置において、
前記補正値設定部が前記補正値を設定する度に、前記補正値を記憶する補正値記憶部をさらに備えた、ことを特徴とする生体情報検出装置。
