Claims (10)
- 動脈と該動脈に吻合された静脈との間の接合部を成形する外部血管支持体であって、該支持体が、
前記動脈に連結する動脈部分と、
前記静脈に連結された静脈部分と、
を備え、
前記動脈部分及び前記静脈部分が接合部で鋭角を以て連結されており、且つ前記鋭角は丸みを有しており、前記血管支持体が前記静脈と前記動脈との間にフィレットされた接合部を形成すると共に、前記動脈に対して前記静脈を鋭角に維持するように成形され、
前記静脈部分が、前記静脈を囲むように構成されていると共に、前記接合部付近で最も小さい直径を有する、少なくとも部分的に切頭体形状を備えた、
外部血管支持体。 - 動脈と該動脈に吻合された静脈との間の接合部を成形する外部血管支持体であって、該支持体が、
前記動脈に連結する動脈部分と、
前記静脈に連結する静脈部分と、
を備え、
前記動脈部分及び/または前記静脈部分が、前記動脈及び/または前記静脈の外部血管壁に押し付けられる少なくとも1つの突起を備え、
前記静脈部分が、前記静脈を囲むように構成されていると共に、前記接合部付近で最も小さい直径を有する、少なくとも部分的に切頭体形状を備えた、
外部血管支持体。 - 前記少なくとも1つの突起が、前記外部血管支持体上の所望の位置で取り付け可能とされた、請求項2に記載の外部血管支持体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起が前記外部血管支持体と一体である、請求項2に記載の外部血管支持体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起が膨張可能とされた、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の外部血管支持体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起の寸法及び/または形状が調節可能とされた、請求項5に記載の外部血管支持体。
- 前記静脈部分が、切頭円錐形状を備えた、請求項1または2に記載の外部血管支持体。
- 前記静脈部分の前記最も小さい直径に対する前記静脈部分の最も大きい直径の比が、1.1から1.8である、請求項1、2及び7のいずれか一項に記載の外部血管支持体。
- 前記静脈部分の前記最も小さい直径に対する前記静脈部分の最も大きい直径の比が、1.3から1.4である、請求項8に記載の外部血管支持体。
- 前記接合部が、前記動脈及び前記静脈の端側吻合部である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の外部血管支持体。
