Description
Claims (11)
- 車両のための直列油圧ハイブリッドシステムであって、
可変油圧容量部を有する第2油圧移動ユニットと流体連通した第1油圧移動ユニットを有する油圧回路であって、前記第1油圧移動ユニットは、内燃エンジンと駆動係合されるまたは選択的に駆動係合される、前記油圧回路と、
少なくとも1つの蓄圧器弁を介して前記油圧回路と選択的に流体連結される高圧の油圧蓄圧器および低圧の油圧蓄圧器と、
制御ユニットと、を備え、
前記制御ユニットは、
オペレータからの入力を受信し、
前記入力に基づいて、要求されるトルクおよびターゲットシステム圧力を計算し、
蓄圧器圧力を前記ターゲットシステム圧力と比較し、
前記比較の結果に基づいて、前記内燃エンジンの速度および前記蓄圧器弁の弁状態のうちの少なくとも1つを制御するよう適合され、
複数の前記油圧蓄圧器は、前記油圧回路から流体的に切り離され、前記蓄圧器圧力は、前記ターゲットシステム圧力より高く、前記制御ユニットは、前記少なくとも1つの蓄圧器弁を介して複数の前記油圧蓄圧器を前記油圧回路と流体連結するように適合され、
前記制御ユニットは、複数の前記油圧蓄圧器を前記油圧回路に流体連結するプロセスの前または間に、前記油圧回路の油圧を前記蓄圧器圧力に調節するべく、前記第2油圧移動ユニットの油圧移動量を調整するように適合される、
直列油圧ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記ターゲットシステム圧力は、前記要求されるトルクを提供する間、前記油圧ハイブリッドシステムの伝動効率を最大化する、
請求項1に記載の直列油圧ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記車両の移動方向、車速、およびギア選択のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記ターゲットシステム圧力を計算するように適合される、
請求項1または2に記載の直列油圧ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記第2油圧移動ユニットの前記油圧移動量αを調整する比例積分コントローラ(PIコントローラ)を有し、
前記PIコントローラは、αを制御変数として用い、前記PIコントローラは、低減されたトルクT'req=Treq−δを、関係式α~T'req/△pに従った所望の値として用い、
δは正の摂動パラメータであり、△pは測定された油圧システム圧力である、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の直列油圧ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記摂動パラメータは、予め定められたマップに従った、車速、エンジン速度、前記要求されるトルクTreq、および測定された前記油圧システム圧力のうちの少なくとも1つの関数である、
請求項4に記載の直列油圧ハイブリッドシステム。 - 複数の前記油圧蓄圧器は、前記油圧回路に流体連結され、前記蓄圧器圧力は、前記ターゲットシステム圧力より高く、前記制御ユニットは、燃料消費量を低減するべくエンジン速度を低減するように適合される、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の直列油圧ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記第2油圧移動ユニットは、可変油圧容量部を有し、
前記制御ユニットは、前記要求されるトルクを提供すべく、前記第2油圧移動ユニットの前記油圧移動を調整するように適合される、
請求項6に記載の直列油圧ハイブリッドシステム。 - 複数の前記油圧蓄圧器が前記油圧回路と流体連結され、前記蓄圧器圧力が前記ターゲットシステム圧力と等しいまたは未満である場合、前記制御ユニットは、前記蓄圧器圧力が前記ターゲットシステム圧力に少なくとも維持されるようにエンジン速度を増加させるのに必要な燃料消費量を計算するよう適合され、
前記制御ユニットは、前記計算された燃料消費量に基づいて、複数の前記油圧蓄圧器を前記油圧回路から切り離すように、または前記エンジン速度を増加させるように適合される、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の直列油圧ハイブリッドシステム。 - 複数の前記油圧蓄圧器が前記油圧回路に流体連結される場合に、前記蓄圧器圧力が上限圧力より高い、前記蓄圧器圧力が下限圧力より低い、および前記蓄圧器圧力が前記要求されるトルクを提供するには低すぎる、という複数の条件のうちの少なくとも1つが満たされるとき、前記制御ユニットは、複数の前記油圧蓄圧器を前記油圧回路から流体的に切り離すように適合される、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の直列油圧ハイブリッドシステム。 - 前記第1油圧移動ユニットは可変油圧容量部を有し、
複数の前記油圧蓄圧器を前記油圧回路から流体的に切り離す前に、前記制御ユニットは、複数の前記油圧蓄圧器と前記油圧回路との間で油圧流体が流れないように、前記第1油圧移動ユニットの前記油圧移動とエンジン速度とのうちの少なくとも1つを調整するように適合される、
請求項8または9に記載の直列油圧ハイブリッドシステム。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の直列油圧ハイブリッドシステムを制御する方法であって、
オペレータから入力を受信する段階と、
前記入力に基づいて、要求されるトルクおよびターゲットシステム圧力を計算する段階と、
蓄圧器圧力を前記ターゲットシステム圧力と比較する段階と、
前記比較の結果に基づいて、前記内燃エンジンの速度および前記少なくとも1つの蓄圧器弁の弁状態のうちの少なくとも1つを制御する段階と、を備え、
複数の前記油圧蓄圧器は、前記油圧回路から流体的に切り離され、前記蓄圧器圧力は、前記ターゲットシステム圧力より高く、複数の前記油圧蓄圧器は、前記少なくとも1つの蓄圧器弁を介して前記油圧回路と流体連結され、
複数の前記油圧蓄圧器を前記油圧回路に流体連結するプロセスの前または間に、前記油圧回路の油圧を前記蓄圧器圧力に調節するべく、前記第2油圧移動ユニットの油圧移動量が調整される、
