また、ビーム部材30に使用する材料は、日軽エムシーアルミ株式会社製DX80以外の鋳造用アルミニウム合金であってもよい。
Claims (5)
- XY平面上のX軸方向に配置され、両端部がY軸方向に移動可能に支持されたビーム部材と、前記ビーム部材の一方の駆動側端部に設けられ、前記ビーム部材をY軸方向に移動させるY軸駆動装置と、前記ビーム部材に取り付けられた作業ヘッドをX軸方向に移動させるX軸駆動装置とを有する製造作業機であり、
前記ビーム部材は、X軸方向に連通する内部空間を有する筒型形状のビーム本体部が設けられ、前記ビーム本体部は、前記駆動側端部と他方の端部とに各々設けられた固定部の間では、Y軸方向のビーム幅が一定で、前記駆動側端部から他方の端部側に向けてZ軸方向の寸法が小さくなるように形成されたものであることを特徴とする製造作業機。 - 前記ビーム本体部は、前記駆動側端部からX軸方向の中間部まで高さ方向の寸法が小さくなるように連続的に変化し、前記中間部から前記他端部までの高さ方向の寸法は一定に形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造作業機。
- 前記ビーム本体部は、前記内部空間を構成する一対の側壁の一方側にはX軸方向に沿ってリブが形成され、一対の側壁の他方側の側壁は、前記一方側の側壁より肉厚が厚く形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の製造作業機。
- 前記ビーム本体部は、前記他方側の側壁の肉厚がX軸方向に、一方の前記固定部側から中間位置にかけて徐々に薄くなり、前記中間位置から他方の固定部側まで一定に形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の製造作業機。
- 前記ビーム部材は、鋳造用アルミニウム合金によって形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の製造作業機。
