Claims (6)
- 渦巻き状の排気ガス流路を構成する内筒と、
前記内筒への排気ガスの入口である排気入口側のフランジと、
前記排気入口側のフランジと共に前記内筒を覆って密封する外筒と、を備え、
前記外筒は、洗浄用の流体が通過可能な開口と、前記開口を塞ぐ閉塞部材とを有し、
前記内筒と前記排気入口側のフランジとの間には、洗浄用の流体が通過可能な隙間が形成されている、タービンハウジング。 - 前記開口は、前記排気入口側のフランジを下にして前記タービンハウジングを載置したときに、渦巻き状の前記排気ガス流路におけるスクロール形状の頂点の直上に位置する、請求項1に記載のタービンハウジング。
- 前記開口は、前記排気入口側のフランジを下にして前記タービンハウジングを載置したときに、渦巻き状の前記排気ガス流路の直上に位置する、請求項1に記載のタービンハウジング。
- 前記内筒は、端部同士が突き合わされた状態の2つの板金製の内筒分割体を含み、
前記開口は、前記内筒分割体の突き合わせ部に対向する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のタービンハウジング。 - 前記内筒と前記排気入口側のフランジとの間の隙間において、前記内筒が前記排気入口側のフランジに対してスライド可能である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のタービンハウジング。
- 排気ガスの入口を構成する排気入口側のフランジと前記排気ガスの出口を構成する排気出口側のフランジとの間に渦巻き状の排気ガス流路を構成するスクロール部を備え、
前記スクロール部を、複数に分割された少なくとも板金製の内筒分割体からなる内筒で構成し、
前記内筒を複数に分割された板金製の外筒分割体からなる外筒で隙間を空けて覆うことで、前記排気ガスをタービンホイールを経由して排気出口側に排出するようにした前記内筒と前記外筒との間に隙間のある二重殻構造を有するタービンハウジングの洗浄方法であって、
前記タービンハウジングを構成する複数の部品を組み立てて加工した後で、前記外筒の前記排気ガスの入口と対向する側の位置に設けられた液体供給排出口と、前記排気入口側の内筒の下端部と前記排気入口側のフランジとの間に設けられた隙間とのいずれか一方から洗浄用の流体を供給して、前記液体供給排出口と前記隙間とのいずれか他方より前記洗浄用の流体を前記加工による異物と共に流し出すことを特徴とするタービンハウジングの洗浄方法。
