Claims (15)
- 長手方向の対称軸を有する管状部材と、
前記軸に沿って前記管状部材に結合して長手方向平面内を延びる複数のフィンと
を含み、前記長手方向平面はそれぞれが前記軸を含み、前記フィンのそれぞれは、前記管状部材から外縁まで外向きに連続かつ途切れることなく延びる硬性の板部材であって固定された形状を有し、それぞれの前記フィンは、互いに連続した遠位端部及び近位端部を有し、前記遠位端部は前記管状部材の遠位先端から離れており、前記遠位端部は、それぞれの前記長手方向平面内に、前記軸に対して径方向に測られる前記板部材の幅を有し、該幅は前記遠位端部の全長に亘って前記遠位先端からの距離が大きくなるに従って増大し、前記遠位端部は近位端で最大幅を有し、前記近位端部は、それぞれの前記長手方向平面内に、前記軸に対して径方向に測られる前記板部材の幅を有し、該幅は前記近位端部の全長に亘って前記遠位先端からの距離が大きくなるに従って減少し、前記近位端部は遠位端で最大幅を有し、前記遠位端部の最大幅と前記近位端部の最大幅は等しい、超音波外科用ドリル。 - 前記フィンのそれぞれの前記遠位端部は、遠位側での前記管状部材の外面から近位側での前記第1の最大幅の地点に延びる直線の前記外縁を備えた三角形である、請求項1に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 前記フィンのそれぞれの前記近位端部は、前記近位端部の前記遠位端での前記最大幅から前記近位端部の近位端での前記管状部材の外面に延びる曲線の前記外縁を有する、請求項2に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 前記曲線は凹形である、請求項3に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 前記フィンの数が3〜12である、請求項4に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 前記フィンは、前記軸の周りの角度を等間隔にされる、請求項5に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 前記近位端部を覆って少なくともその最大幅まで延びるシースを更に含み、前記シースは、前記管状部材と協働して潅注流体を導くための経路又は流路を定める、請求項1に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- それぞれの前記フィンは、それぞれの前記フィンの遠位端での最大値から近位端の最小値まで変わる厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 前記管状部材は管腔を有し、該管腔と前記管状部材の外側との間で流体を導く潅注口として機能する複数の相互に離れた開口部を備える、請求項1に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 長手方向の対称軸を有する管状部材と、
前記軸に沿って前記管状部材に結合して長手方向平面内を延びる複数のフィンと
を含み、前記長手方向平面はそれぞれが前記軸を含み、前記フィンのそれぞれは、前記管状部材から外縁まで外向きに連続かつ途切れることなく延びる硬性の板部材であって固定された形状を有し、前記フィンのそれぞれが、前記軸に対して垂直にそれぞれの前記長手方向平面内で測られる前記板部材の幅を有し、該幅は、それぞれの前記フィンの遠位端での最小値からそれぞれの前記フィンでの中間地点での最大値まで増大し、前記中間地点の近位側では減少する、超音波外科用ドリル。 - 前記フィンのそれぞれの遠位端部は、遠位側での前記管状部材の外面から近位側での前記中間地点に延びる直線の前記外縁を備えた三角形である、請求項10に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 前記フィンのそれぞれの近位端部は曲線の前記外縁を有する、請求項11に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 前記曲線は凹形である、請求項12に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 前記フィンの近位端部を覆って少なくとも前記最大値の幅の位置まで延びるシースを更に含む、請求項10に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
- 前記フィンのそれぞれの前記遠位端は、前記管状部材の遠位先端から離れている、請求項10に記載の超音波外科用ドリル。
