Claims (4)
- 近位端で超音波振動エネルギー源に結合可能な、縦軸を有する硬質のプローブシャフトと、
前記プローブシャフトの遠位端のヘッドと、
前記プローブシャフトを取り囲む遠位端部を有するシースと、
を含み、前記ヘッドは、横方向に偏心して前記プローブシャフトの一つの側方に延び、前記ヘッドは、前記縦軸から横方向に離れた作用先端又は作用表面を有し、前記遠位端部は側壁に開口部を備え、前記ヘッドは該開口部と位置を合わされており、前記シースの遠位先端は前記開口部とは異なる開口を備えて形成され、前記プローブシャフト及び前記ヘッドは、前記作用先端又は作用表面に排出口を有する孔又は水路を備えて形成され、前記孔又は水路は、前記プローブシャフトの遠位端に別の排出口を有する、超音波手術器具アセンブリ。 - 前記作用先端又は作用表面は、ギザギザな表面を有する、請求項1に記載の器具アセンブリ。
- 前記作用先端又は作用表面は、前記シースが停止又は曲げられていない状態において、前記側壁とおおよそ同一平面である、請求項1に記載の器具アセンブリ。
- 前記ヘッドは、前記シースからの液体放出用の間隙を形成するために、前記開口部の縁から離されている、請求項1に記載の器具アセンブリ。
