Claims (9)
- 近位端で超音波振動エネルギー源に結合可能な、縦軸を有する硬質のプローブシャフトと、
前記プローブシャフトの遠位端のヘッドと、
前記プローブシャフトを取り囲む少なくとも半硬質の遠位端部を有するシースと、
を含み、前記ヘッドは、横方向に偏心して前記プローブシャフトの一つの側方に延び、前記ヘッドは、前記縦軸から横方向に離れた作用先端又は作用表面を有し、前記遠位端部は側壁に開口部を備え、前記ヘッドは該開口部と位置を合わされており、前記シースは部分的に可撓性であり、それにより前記遠位端部は、前記シースに加えられた横方向の力に応じて、前記縦軸へ向かって横方向に枢動して撓むことができ、前記開口部を通して前記ヘッドの突出を増大させることができる、超音波手術器具アセンブリ。 - 前記プローブシャフト及び前記ヘッドは、前記作用先端又は作用表面に排出口を有する孔又は水路を備えて形成される、請求項1に記載の器具アセンブリ。
- 前記孔又は水路は、前記プローブシャフトの遠位端に別の排出口を有する、請求項2に記載の器具アセンブリ。
- 前記遠位端部はその遠位端に開口を備え、前記別の排出口は該開口に近接する、請求項3に記載の器具アセンブリ。
- 前記シースの前記遠位端部は、その遠位先端が閉じている、請求項1に記載の器具アセンブリ。
- 前記遠位端部は、その遠位端に開口を備える、請求項1に記載の器具アセンブリ。
- 前記作用先端又は作用表面は、ギザギザな表面を有する、請求項1に記載の器具アセンブリ。
- 前記作用先端又は作用表面は、前記シースが停止又は曲げられていない状態において、前記側壁とおおよそ同一平面である、請求項1に記載の器具アセンブリ。
- 前記ヘッドは、前記シースからの液体放出用の間隙を形成するために、前記開口部の縁から離されている、請求項1に記載の器具アセンブリ。
