1.通常の2つの廃棄装置の代わりの、共通した1つの廃棄装置の設置および運転に基づくスケーリング効果。
2.アクロレインおよび青酸からのプロセスガスを共通に燃焼させるさらなる利点は、次のとおりである:
a.減少された煙道ガス容積流、
b.廃棄装置の減少された大きさ、したがって、上述のスケーリング効果により投資額は十分に減少すること、
c.減少された燃料消費量、
d.燃料空気のための減少されたブロワー出力、
e.減少されたCO2放出量、
f.恐らく、過剰のプロセス蒸気の回避。
Claims (11)
- 気相プロセスでアクロレインを製造する際に生じるアクロレイン含有の蒸気を液相に変え、その際生じる排ガスの流れ、および青酸の製造の際に気相プロセスで生じる排ガスの流れを後燃焼させるための方法であって、アクロレインの製造からの排ガスの流れと青酸の製造からの排ガスの流れとを共通の1つの後燃焼に供給し、排ガスの流れは、別々に区別された方法で廃棄されるのではなく、2つの排ガスの流れは、唯一つの後燃焼において処理されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 気相プロセスでアクロレインを製造する際に生じるアクロレイン含有の蒸気を液相に変え、その際生じる排ガスの流れだけでなく、付随的に発生する排水の流れも後燃焼に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 青酸の製造の際に気相プロセスで生じる排ガスの流れは、アンドリュッソー法からの排ガスの流れであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 青酸の製造の際に気相プロセスで生じる排ガスの流れは、メタン・アンモニア法からの排ガスの流れであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 気相プロセスでアクロレインを製造する際に生じるアクロレイン含有の蒸気を液相に変え、その際生じる排ガスの流れは、プロピレンからアクロレインへの気相酸化法からの排ガスの流れであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 気相プロセスでアクロレインを製造する際に生じるアクロレイン含有の蒸気を液相に変え、その際生じる排ガスの流れがプロパンからアクロレインへの気相部分酸化からの排ガスの流れであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 排ガスの流れは、時間的重なりをもって後燃焼に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- それぞれの排ガスの流れは、並行に別々に供給され、少なくとも部分的には時間的に並行に後燃焼されることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- アクロレインの製造からの排ガスの流れと青酸の製造からの排ガスの流れとは、後燃焼される工程の最初に一緒にされ、共通して後燃焼に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- アクロレインの製造と青酸の製造が時間的に並行に行なわれ、それによってアクロレインの製造からの排ガスの流れと青酸の製造からの排ガスの流れとが同様に時間的に並行に生じることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 後燃焼がメチオニンまたはメチオニンヒドロキシ類似体(MHA)を化学合成するために組み込まれた方法で実施されることを特徴する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
