低レベルの信号が第2走査制御線Sn2に結合されている。続いて、第2走査制御線Sn2に結合されている信号が高レベルにジャンプし、第1走査制御線Sn1に結合されている信号が低レベルにジャンプする。このようにして、第1走査制御線Sn1に結合された信号の低レベルから高レベルへのジャンピングは、ノードN1でのレベルを引き上げ、ノードN4での高レベルを可能にする。第1トランジスタM1および第7トランジスタM7は、第2走査制御線Sn2に結合された信号の低レベルの効果の影響でオンされ、結果的に第3走査制御線Sn3に結合された高レベルの信号がノードN1に供給される。続く、第2走査制御線Sn2に結合された信号の高レベルへのジャンピングは、第1トランジスタM1および第7トランジスタM7をオフにさせ、第1走査制御線Sn1に結合された信号の高レベルから低レベルへのジャンピングは、ノードN1へのレベルを引き下げ、キャパシタの二つの端子間の電圧の差異を利用することは、この遷移過程の間変わらない。

- 第1走査制御線、第2走査制御線、第3走査制御線、第4走査制御線およびデータ線に接続されて用いられるアクティブマトリックス有機発光ダイオード(AMOLED)画素ユニットであって、
前記AMOLED画素ユニットは画素回路と前記画素回路に接続された有機発光ダイオードとを備え、
前記画素回路はキャパシタ、第1トランジスタ、第2トランジスタ、第3トランジスタ、第4トランジスタ、第5トランジスタ、第6トランジスタ、第7トランジスタおよび第8トランジスタ、を備え、
前記第1トランジスタは前記第7トランジスタのドレイン/ソースの一方に接続されたドレイン/ソースの一方を有し、前記第1トランジスタのゲートおよび前記第7トランジスタのゲートの双方は前記第2走査制御線に接続され、前記第7トランジスタのドレイン/ソースの他方は前記キャパシタの第1端子に接続され、
前記キャパシタは前記第1走査制御線に接続された第2端子を有し、前記第2トランジスタは前記第3トランジスタのドレイン/ソースの一方に接続されたドレイン/ソースの一方を有し、

AMOLED画素ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載のAMOLED画素ユニットであって、
前記第1トランジスタ、前記第2トランジスタ、前記第3トランジスタ、前記第4トランジスタ、前記第5トランジスタ、前記第6トランジスタ、前記第7トランジスタおよび前記第8トランジスタはすべてPMOSトランジスタまたはNMOSトランジスタである、
AMOLED画素ユニット。 - アクティブマトリックス有機発光ダイオード(AMOLED)画素ユニットを駆動する方法であって、
走査制御信号が第1走査制御線および第2走査制御線に供給され、それによって第3トランジスタのゲートの初期化を可能にする初期化フェーズと、
走査制御信号が第3走査制御線に供給され、それによってキャパシタにデータ信号に対応する電圧を蓄積するデータ書き込みフェーズと、
走査制御信号が第4走査制御線に供給され、それによって有機発光ダイオードの発光を可能にする発光フェーズと、を備え、
前記初期化フェーズにおいて、前記第1走査制御線および前記第2走査制御線に供給される前記走査制御信号につづいて、前記第3トランジスタの前記ゲートは第1トランジスタおよび第7トランジスタを介して初期化され、
前記データ書き込みフェーズにおいて、前記第3走査制御線に供給される前記走査制御信号に続いて、前記データ信号に対応する前記電圧は第2トランジスタ、第3トランジスタ、第4トランジスタおよび第8トランジスタを介して前記キャパシタに蓄積され、
前記発光フェーズにおいて、前記第4走査制御線に供給される前記走査制御信号に続いて、前記有機発光ダイオードは第5トランジスタ、前記第3トランジスタおよび第6トランジスタを介して発光させられる、
AMOLED画素ユニットを駆動する方法。 - アクティブマトリックス有機発光ダイオード(AMOLED)ディスプレイ装置であって、請求項1〜3の何れか一項において定義される複数のAMOLED画素ユニット、走査ドライバ、データドライバおよび複数のデータ線を備え、
アレイ状に配列された前記複数のAMOLED画素ユニットは第1走査制御線、第2走査制御線、第3走査制御線および第4走査制御線による前記走査ドライバに接続され、前記複数のデータ線による前記データドライバに接続されている、
AMOLEDディスプレイ装置。
