Description
−基板と、

−接続エレメントに結合された可撓性の接続ケーブルと

(a)−接続ケーブルに、補剛エレメントおよび収縮チューブを備付け、接続エレメントに結合させ、
−はんだ材料を接続エレメントに設け、
(b)接続エレメントを基板上の導電性の構造体上に配置し、
(c)接続エレメントをはんだ材料を介して導電性の構造体にエネルギ導入しながら結合させる。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの電気的な接続エレメントと接続ケーブルとを備える板ガラスであって、該板ガラスは少なくとも
−基板(1)と、
−前記基板(1)の所定の領域上に設けられた導電性の構造体(2)と、
−はんだ材料(4)を介して前記導電性の構造体(2)の所定の領域に結合されている接続エレメント(3)と、
−前記接続エレメント(3)に結合された可撓性の接続ケーブル(5)と
を備え、
前記接続ケーブル(5)が該接続ケーブル(5)の延在長さに沿って補剛エレメント(7,8)を備えており、前記接続ケーブル(5)が該補剛エレメント(7,8)と共に収縮チューブ(6)により取り囲まれており、
前記接続ケーブル(5)は、前記補剛エレメント(7,8)により十分な剛性が与えられており、前記接続エレメント(3)のはんだ付け面に対する規定された角度にもたらされると、前記接続ケーブル(5)は前記角度を自立式に維持するようになっている、少なくとも1つの電気的な接続エレメントと接続ケーブルとを備える板ガラス。 - 前記補剛エレメント(7,8)は、前記接続ケーブル(5)の長さの少なくとも50%、有利には少なくとも80%の長さを有している、請求項1記載の板ガラス。
- 前記接続ケーブル(5)が、丸形ケーブルとして形成された撚り線導体であって、前記補剛エレメントが絶縁スリーブ(7)である、請求項1または2記載の板ガラス。
- 前記接続ケーブル(5)は、平編線であって、前記補剛エレメントは補強レール(8)である、請求項1または2記載の板ガラス。
- 前記補強レール(8)は、金属または金属合金、有利には鋼、特殊鋼、銅、アルミニウム、銀、金、タングステン、亜鉛または真鍮を含み、0.1mm〜2mm、有利には0.2mm〜1mmの材料厚さを有している、請求項4記載の板ガラス。
- 前記接続ケーブル(5)は、2cmよりも大きな、有利には3cmよりも大きな、特に有利には4cmよりも大きな、極めて特に有利には5cmよりも大きな長さを有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の板ガラス。
- 前記補剛エレメント(7,8)および前記収縮チューブ(6)を備えた前記接続ケーブル(5)は、前記接続エレメント(3)のはんだ付け面に対して、30°〜60°の範囲の傾斜角(α)を自立式に保持する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の板ガラス。
- 前記接続ケーブル(5)は、前記接続エレメント(3)とは反対の側の端部にコネクタ(10)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の板ガラス。
- 前記基板(1)の熱膨張係数と、前記接続エレメント(3)の熱膨張係数との差は、5x10−6/℃よりも小さい、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の板ガラス。
- 前記基板(1)がガラス、有利にはソーダ石灰ガラスを含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の板ガラス。
- 前記接続エレメント(3)が、鉄含有の合金、有利にはクロム含有の鋼を含んでいる、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の板ガラス。
- 前記はんだ材料(4)が、無鉛である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の板ガラス。
- 前記導電性の構造体(2)が、少なくとも銀、有利には銀粒子およびガラスフリットを含み、5μm〜40μmの層厚を有している、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の板ガラス。
- 少なくとも1つの電気的な接続エレメントを備えた請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の板ガラスを製造する方法であって、
(a)−前記接続ケーブル(5)に前記補剛エレメント(7,8)および前記収縮チューブ(6)を備付け、前記接続エレメント(3)に結合させ、
−はんだ材料(4)を前記接続エレメント(3)に設け、
(b)前記接続エレメント(3)を、前記基板(1)上の前記導電性の構造体(2)上に配置し、
(c)前記接続エレメント(3)を前記はんだ材料(4)を介して前記導電性の構造体(2)にエネルギ導入しながら結合させる、電気的な接続エレメントを備えた板ガラスを製造する方法。 - 少なくとも1つの電気的な接続エレメントを備えた請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の板ガラスの、建物または陸空海の交通用の移動手段における、特にレール車両または自動車における、有利にはフロントガラス、リアガラス、サイドガラスおよび/またはルーフガラスとしての、特に加熱可能な板ガラスとしての、またはアンテナ機能を備えた板ガラスとしての使用。
