Description
シリコン系架橋剤として、ポリハイドロゲンメチルシロキサン(PHMS、重量平均分子量:3000)10gを100mlのトルエン溶媒に分散させた後、60℃〜80℃で1モル濃度のHF30mlを添加して3時間の間処理して主鎖にフルオロ(F)が結合されたポリハイドロゲンメチルシロキサンを製造した。その後、末端がビニル基に置換されたポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS、重量平均分子量:約40000)と製造された主鎖の一部にフルオロ(F)が結合されたポリハイドロゲンメチルシロキサンとを7:3の体積比で混合してシロキサンポリマーを製造した。
製造例によって製造されたシロキサンポリマーをバーコーティング法でガラス基材に塗布した後、60℃で2時間の間処理して、シロキサンポリマーからなる未延伸電気活性フィルムを製造した。
末端がビニル基に置換されたポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS、重量平均分子量:約40000)と製造された主鎖の一部にフルオロ(F)が結合されたポリハイドロゲンメチルシロキサンとを9:1の体積比で混合してシロキサンポリマーを製造したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で未延伸電気活性フィルムを製造した。
実施例1の電気活性フィルムの代わりに、誘電性エラストマーとしてポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)を基材上に塗布した後、乾燥して未延伸電気活性フィルムを得た。
製造例によって製造されたシロキサンポリマーでない、下記の化学式5で表されるポリジメチルシロキサン系ポリマー(商品名:Dow730、ダウコーニング社)を用いて、バーコーティング法で未延伸電気活性フィルムを製造した。
実施例1の電気活性フィルムの代わりに、強誘電性ポリマーであるP(VDF−TrFE)(Poly(VinyliDene Fluoride)−TriFlurorEtylene)からなる電気活性フィルムを用いた。
実施例1〜2及び比較例1〜2の電気活性フィルムの誘電率を、LCRメートル(4284A)を用いて25℃で周波数1kHzでの静電容量を測定し、下記の数式6を用いることにより算出した。
実施例1〜2及び比較例1及び3の電気活性フィルムの光透過率を、ヘイズメートル(JCH−300S、Oceanoptics社)を用いて測定した。測定結果は、下記の表2に表した。
本発明の電気活性フィルムを含む接触感応素子の性能を評価するために、振動加速度を測定した。図6A〜6Cは、実施例1及び比較例1に対する振動加速度実験データである。具体的に、図6Aは、実施例1により製造された未延伸の電気活性フィルムを含む接触感応素子に2kVppの電圧を印加する場合に測定される振動加速度のグラフを示す図である。図6Bは、実施例1により製造され、ロール間延伸方法を用いてMD方向(長手方向)に300%の延伸率で延伸された電気活性フィルムを含む接触感応素子に2kVppの電圧を印加する場合に測定される振動加速度のグラフを示す図である。また、図6Cは、比較例1の接触感応素子に2kVppの電圧を印加する場合に測定される振動加速度のグラフを示す図である。
Claims (16)
- 分岐鎖としてフルオロ基またはクロロ基を有するシロキサンポリマーを含み、前記フルオロ基または前記クロロ基が前記シロキサンポリマーの主鎖を構成する何れかのシリコン原子(Si)に直接結合された電気活性フィルムを備える接触感応素子。
- 前記電気活性フィルムは、1軸または2軸延伸が施された請求項1に記載の接触感応素子。
- 前記電気活性フィルムは、延伸率が100%以上である請求項1に記載の接触感応素子。
- 前記電気活性フィルムは、強誘電性ポリマー領域と誘電性ポリマー領域とが互いに交互に積層されている多層構造を有する請求項4に記載の接触感応素子。
- 前記電気活性フィルムは、1kHzで測定した誘電率が7.0以上である請求項1に記載の接触感応素子。
- 前記電気活性フィルムは、光透過率が85%以上である請求項1に記載の接触感応素子。
- 表示パネル、タッチパネル、及び接触感応素子を有する表示装置であって、
前記接触感応素子は、分岐鎖としてフルオロ基またはクロロ基を有するシロキサンポリマーを含み、前記フルオロ基または前記クロロ基が前記シロキサンポリマーの主鎖を構成する何れかのシリコン原子(Si)に直接結合された電気活性フィルムを備える表示装置。 - 前記電気活性フィルムは、1軸または2軸延伸が施された請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 前記接触感応素子は、前記表示パネルの上部又は前記表示パネルの下部である請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示パネルは、有機発光表示装置、フレキシブル有機発光表示装置、液晶表示パネル、電気泳動表示パネルのうちのひとつを含む請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 前記タッチパネルは、アッド−オン・タッチパネル、イン−セル・タッチパネル及びオン−セル・タッチパネルのうちの一つを含む請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 前記タッチパネルは、静電容量方式タッチパネル、抵抗膜方式タッチパネル、超音波方式タッチパネル及び赤外線方式タッチパネルのうちの一つを含む請求項9に記載の表示装置。
