Claims (3)
- 自動車エンジンの駆動軸(16)を少なくとも1本のトランスミッション入力軸と連結するための摩擦クラッチ(12)、特に湿式または乾式の多板クラッチを作動させるランプシステムであって、
作動モーメントを導入するための入力ランプ(30)と、
前記摩擦クラッチ(12)を開放かつ/または閉鎖するための、前記入力ランプ(30)に対して相対回動可能な出力ランプ(40)と、
所定の出発位置へ前記入力ランプ(30)に対して相対的に前記出力ランプ(40)を回動させるための、前記入力ランプ(30)および前記出力ランプ(40)と結合された、板ばねとして構成された戻しばね(48)と、
を備え、
前記出力ランプ(40)に伝達されるトルクの少なくとも一部が、前記戻しばね(48)を介して伝達可能であり、
前記戻しばね(48)は、前記入力ランプ(30)のトルク導入位置と前記出力ランプ(40)のトルク導出位置との間で、ほぼ接線方向に延在していて、かつ当該ランプシステム(14)の半径方向平面に対して所定の設置角度で斜めに延在しており、
前記戻しばね(48)は、当該ランプシステム(14)の軸方向延在長さの増大時に前記出力ランプ(40)における作動力の増大を可能にし、
前記入力ランプ(30)は、当該ランプシステム(14)を軸受(34)に支持するための支持部(32)を有し、前記戻しばね(48)は、トルク導入位置を形成するために前記支持部(32)と結合されており、
前記支持部(32)は、前記入力ランプ(30)に作動モーメントを伝達するための遊星歯車伝動装置(24)の遊星キャリア(28)である
ことを特徴とする、ランプシステム。 - 前記入力ランプ(30)は、少なくとも1つの軸受エレメント(38)、特に球を介して、前記出力ランプ(40)に対して間隔を置いている、請求項1記載のランプシステム。
- 自動車エンジンの駆動軸(16)を少なくとも1本のトランスミッション入力軸と連結するための摩擦クラッチ(12)、特に湿式または乾式の多板クラッチにおいて、
トルクを導入するための、前記駆動軸(16)と連結可能な入力部(44)、特に入力ディスクキャリアと、
トルクを導出するための、前記トランスミッション入力軸と連結可能な出力部(18)、特に出力ディスクキャリアと、
を備え、
前記入力部(44)は、少なくとも1つの摩耗を伴う摩擦ライニング(46)を介して前記出力部(18)に圧着可能であり、
軸方向延在長さの変化により、前記出力部(18)を前記入力部(44)に摩擦結合式に圧着する、請求項1または2記載のランプシステム(14)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、摩擦クラッチ。
