Claims (7)
- 弁座部を備えたバルブボディと、
前記バルブボディとの間で弁室を区画するソレノイドブロックと、
コイルが巻き付けられる固定鉄心の磁気吸着面が設けられ、前記バルブボディに対向して前記ソレノイドブロックに設けられる対向端面と、
前記弁室に設けられ、前記コイルが通電されると前記磁気吸着面に吸引される可動子と、
前記対向端面に設けられ、少なくとも一部が前記可動子に対向する凹部と、
前記対向端面に装着され、前記磁気吸着面と前記凹部を覆う樹脂製のシートと、を有し、
前記シートと前記凹部により空気室が形成される、開閉弁。 - 請求項1記載の開閉弁において、
前記磁気吸着面は前記対向端面に露出して設けられ、前記樹脂製のシートで覆われる、開閉弁。 - 請求項1または2記載の開閉弁において、前記シートは前記バルブボディと前記ソレノイドブロックとの間に挟み付けられている、開閉弁。
- 請求項3記載の開閉弁において、前記シートには位置決め突起が挿入される位置決め孔が設けられる、開閉弁。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の開閉弁において、前記バルブボディと前記ソレノイドブロックとの間に装着された前記シートを、前記弁室内に供給される圧縮空気により変形させて、前記凹部内に前記空気室を形成する、開閉弁。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の開閉弁において、前記ソレノイドブロックの対向端面に接触させた前記シートを、前記凹部内に入り込む突起部を有する成形型により変形させて、前記凹部内に前記空気室を形成する、開閉弁。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の開閉弁において、前記ソレノイドブロックの対向端面に接触させた前記シートを、弾性部材により変形させて、前記凹部内に前記空気室を形成する、開閉弁。
